I feel like they could make the Bomber's Notebook more intuitive. [The bomber's notebook maps out what happens on what days at what times.] I can't quite recall what it was about it that needed improvement, but I remember thinking something about it was lacking, when I played this game a year or so ago.

So, they don't have all games available for purchase. Just Nintendo published titles? I wonder why.

We used to be able to gift all games, right?

Is Kirby's Dream Course any good?

I'm still very sad that Factor 5 is no more. They were one of my favorite devs.

A few days ago, a friend of mine was telling me how good Guacamelee was. (He has it for PS3.)

I don't like the Samus redesign. But the enemy art looks pretty sick!

I am in the same boat, with the original 3DS model: failing buttons & scratched screen (mostly the two vertical lines). I've been wanting to get a new version, but it was hard to justify paying $200 for the XL, just to play the games I already own with no real benefit (other than slightly larger screen & not scratched/broken). So, the timing of this is pretty good for me.

Ya, Wii U would be great, but I'd settle for PC if I had to.

I really, really like Milon's Secret Castle. I especially like the way the game handled music. Like the bonus stages that were pretty similar, but added an extra instrument for each stage you found. But I can understand why people wouldn't like it. It's a bit hard and the clues are cryptic (as is the case in many a NES game). But for me, it is a beloved game.

I also grew up with Fester's Quest. This game was stupid hard, but there's still (to a lesser extent) something to like about this game. Well, I definitely liked the opening credit music. For sure.

Or maybe something boring will happen... Like Nintendo buying enough of Capcom to ensure that no one else can own 51% of Capcom.

Nintendo Gaming / Re: Hyrule Warriors: This maybe my destiny!

I tried a Dynasty Warriors game once, I think for PS2. I remember thinking "This is kind of fun, but the draw distance sucks." So, add Link and better hardware and I wouldn't mind playing this. I'm not expecting it to blow my mind and I may wait for a deal on the game somewhere down the line, but I'd rather this game exist than not exist.

Anyway... back on topic.

I wouldn't buy a Wii U for Mario Kart 8.

But I already own a Wii U. I was kind of on the fence about getting it.

The negatives about Mario Kart 8 is that it's pretty much the same Mario Kart yet again... for $60.

The positives are that I haven't really played a new Mario Kart since Double Dash (I got Mario Kart DS but playing more than a few races hurt my hands for some reason, so I hardly played it. I skipped "Wii" and "7.") so it's actually been a long time since I've experienced a new Mario Kart. I do have a few friends that would enjoy playing it with me. And, the big positive: another free game. I never got New Super Mario U. Plus, it looks good (shiny!).

If Nintendo is Smart they'll do a system bundle that includes Smash and the Wii U console.

This will not happen.

Ian read my mind with a new IP FPS from Retro.

Also, with the Gamepad and four Wiimotes, the next Four Swords game should be called Zelda: Five Swords. ;)

I'd like to see see an eShop game featuring Pikmin that is 2D... maybe kind of like Lemmings but with whatever clever twist Nintendo has up their sleeves.

But most of all, Metroid. If not a 3D Retro affair, then 2D will do (especially from the Symphony of the Night guy).
