CHibi Robo is on the list, but Monster Hunter didn't make it.

I don't know what to think about this, considering Chibi Robo likely won't sell more than 20k copies and Monster Hunter will do that in preorders... if it is released in the West, which I think it will.

I wonder if the online finding levels interface can be fixed. Nintendo seems more keen on patching games now.

Either way, looking forward to just trying out random creations from people. I like a challenge, and pretty sure users are going to make harder levels than Nintendo has done in a long time.

Challenge accepted... now somebody sub for me at work so I can do that nonstop, lol

Good idea. You guys should put a link to a list of upcoming games here in the article so we don't have to go searching b/c we can't remember everything.

I second Ogre Batlte 64. Sad there is at best a 0.0000000000001% chance we'd see Episode I: Racer

I think their major move this holiday is going to be a price drop, plus the first big paid DLC Splatoon update. Or maybe they'll just keep it free and try to market it that way? But that game is their major success for this year, so try to milk it the best that you can.

Maybe WiiU + Splatoon + Super Mario Maker for $200, and the WiiU's hard drive is a little bigger than the current model. Obviously the two games are digital versions.

That's most enticing set up I can think of for WiiU that doesn't spend a lot of money actually making something we don't know about.

This gives them time to do at least 2 more kickstarters for this game and maybe 5 more for Red Ash.

I was so excited for this game at one point. It's borderline shovelware to me now.

Got the Nintendo Humble BUndle, which had a lot of these. But if you missed out on that, take advantage of this. Lots of great stuff here.

Love Nintendo, but yes, we need voice chat. I actually forgot Smash had VC until you mentioned about it. Get with the times. It's called freedom of speech. We want to talk. Just ban the a**hats.

Basically it tells me, "Don't bother buying games Day 1... it's not done until around Day 30-100."

I love the Mario vs DK series. But $20? "Crossbuy" is a joke if they are going to charge you 2x they amount they would have if you had to buy them on both systems separate.

And it's an established series. STOP MAKING THE FIRST COUPLE AREAS TOO EASY! (Going off what you are saying, but the last 2 games I've played in this series, although fun, have had the same problem.

You'd think Nintendo would do another run of Majora's Mask if the first run sold out in 1 Day.

Limited Edition be damned. If it is going to make you money, do another run, before the black market eats up all your profits.

Already have the collector's edition of Monster Hunter 4 preordered. Just need that New 3DS and honestly I'm good until STar Fox WiiU comes out during the holiday.

I will of course buy games because I can't restrain myself, but those 2 might as well be my games of hte year unless something magical comes out.

With this news, Aonuma surpassed Miyamoto as the greatest video game designer of all time.

Absolutely not, I don't get the Tingle obsession the guy is worthless and I hope he is not in the next Zelda game or any other games ever again for that matter.

Amen man, can't be spoken any better.

Can you do some online co-op battling with friends, like you could in Soul Silver/Heart Gold? Or what's the online situation in general?

46
So much amazingness and all on the disc.

And this is why I think it's a travesty that annualized game make you buy season passes after you already dropped $60 on a game, and the game is only good for 12 months.

Well done Sakauri. Now where's the time machine to Nov. 21?

This confirmed or just what we know so far?

TalkBack / Re: 3DS Update 9.0 Live, Adds Themes
« on: October 07, 2014, 12:20:09 PM »
Paid themes are you kidding me. What other stupid crap are they gonna ask us to pay for?

They are there for those who want to make their 3DS unique. I'm with you, I don't want them, but if it makes Nintendo money, hey no money lost for me.

So we now have 5 concurrent stores running at the moment:
Wii Shop Channel
DSi Shop
3DS Shop
WiiU Shop
3DS Theme Shop

Personally I hope they make a all-you-can-eat VC shop for WiiU with a subscription.

Keep on dreaming. Maybe by 2020.
