You all can laugh but that is the best doctor and who I would want treating me. Three heads are better than one. Plus, I can get a second and third opinion in one stop!

It doesn't have any arms, though. It'd have to be a pretty lousy doctor without those.

Perhaps they hold a Doctorate in Philosophy and the head mirror is merely en route to the nearest medical clinic, because Dr. Pink Gold Goomba Tower are responsibly supporting their community's essential care workers!

Depends what you want out of a doctor. If I'm going to a doctor for a diagnosis and not surgery then the no arms may not matter. Why do you hate those who are disabled and trying to put limits on them, you ignorant bigot? Plus, everyone knows that Goombas have advanced Telekinesis abilities. I'm sure that would compensate for a lack of arms. You think that lab coat's sleeves are just perfectly bending like that in the wind? That's why Mario always crushes their brains when he takes them on.
