Well how about this? So last night I go to play Mario Kart Wii, and when I try to go online, I get this message:

"Nintendo WFC service for this game has been discontinued."

I didn't believe it of course, and I checked around GameFAQs to see what was going on. Apparently, every online Wii game was giving that message. I'm not sure what happened, but the severs were down for some reason. It could have been a special kind of maintenance, as it wasn't the normal kind...

As I talked about in the other Monster Hunter Tri thread I made use of my LR Rathlos armor. On the set I have my Iron Impact hammer. I have the armor up to 7 on all parts. So it has 289 defense. As far as skills go I have Attack up Large and Critical +3 and Heat cancel low. Attack is 1137 I think. I can probably make the attack better a little with a powercharm but I have like 10,000 in money.

Just missed me Maxi. Teamed up with a group that was farming via Blood Sport. Two rounds of that & I hit my urgent which to my surprise was not Deviljho. Pretty sure I have some armor & weapon work to do before I try & take that thing on.

Yeah you need to have the right armor for that urgent. I used Ingot + and I gemmed in fire resist. I had Guard Plus as well. I used a lance. If you want to use a Lance I think Agnaktor + armor would be best. It has fire resistance naturally and I think it has guard +2. Which pretty much makes all attacks not effective.

Ice and Dragon I think are its weaknesses. Ice I think while on the ground and Dragon in the air.

So fire is the attack to watch out for? My Rath custom has +20 fire resistance & an HP boost. Fireballs from Rathian won't even set me on fire while Rathian's are only sometimes. Still, I've only maxed the Rathalos vest part of it do the current defense probably won't hold up.

Isn't there an even that gets you parts to an ice weapon? Either Cold Call or Blood Sport I think... If they're still available I may try those since my ice gun doesn't seem to be happening.
