Hmm I was drinking some tea last night so maybe I was too relaxed.

To get the High Sieglinde do I start with the Jawblade or Valkyrie Blade?

It doesn't really matter, they are both within the same weapon tree. The Valkyrie Blade is higher up though, if you have the materials for it.

Have you used a Greatsword before? They're pretty slow and clunky. You might want to try one out and decide if it's a weapon you want to handle.

I used the Great Sword a few times.I think I even used one in the arena with you.They probably work better for Large monsters I would think.

Edit: just looked at the materals needed and the Valkyrie Blade needs Rathian materials so I think we should try to beat that monster so Stratos can complete the quest and for me to get some materals.

Hmm for the second night there have been disconnects and tonight a new player couldn't get into where I was or I couldn't reach him. Very odd.

I need 1 Rathian Plate to upgrade my GreatSword.

I need at least one of those for a Rathian armor set so I'd be glad to help you score that. Recently upgraded my Great Sword to Lagiacrus Blade. Always wanted a sword that shot lightning ever since He-Man...

I'll be on in a bit if anyone else still is. I don't have work tomorrow so I'm not too worried about going to bed at a reasonable hour.

We could try the 4 star urgent some more, Maxi. You need Rathian flesh and I want Rathalos flesh so it's a win-win situation...so long as we don't get pwnd by the Raths.

I'm going to adjust my decorations and skills to try and get immunity to gusts because between the two of those guys it gets pretty annoying. I want to get an immunity to their roars as well.

If nothing else we can lop off their tails and run. You can get plates from tails. I've gotten them that way for both of the Raths.

Maxi and I are on, along with someone else from my list. Maxi just got his plate, but the four of us should be able to do your urgent. We just have to leave if both dragons are in the same area.

9 hours I played?!? Uh yeah getting the materals took a while.And helped get Stratos up to HR40.Next up Ingot+ armor. Will not survive Rank 5 with Jaggi + armor.

Yeah, I may just recreate the armor sets I had in the lower rank quests. I liked what their abilities did the first time around, it's just that their defense no longer holds any more. On the downside that means more Qurupeco for me...
