I don't think so. All I did was tag along with Thatguy and others. My goal was to not get hit, I mostly just ran around the big dudes and tried to distract them. I'm good with collecting quests, but I'm still very much the damsel.

I wasn't happy with my old character so I started up a new one yesterday. Just got done with the one star quests offline and feel I'm ready to go online now. Anybody still out there?

Me, I can't even connect! It stays at 85% and then it disconnects.

You have to talk to someone behind a counter, on the left side I believe, when you get in the gate before you pick a city.

Today I got all of my Jaggi gear, except my weapon upgrade. Need 3 Machalite Ore for that.

Are you online Thatguy? I'm jumping online if anyone wants to do some newbie quests with me. I've gotten pretty far in the single player game so I'm well equipped.

I've been trying to connect without any success. If anyone wants to play later I'll try again. I'll be playing tomorrow as well. just post For the future- is there a general place where we are meeting to play or is it up to whoever gets on first?

I tried connecting to a city for the first time tonight. I got an error code.

However, I now have an online ID:

Halbred: Selena: YDTX7N

But I can't add anybody unless they're already online? Lame. We're all on for Tuesday night, right?

Thatguy and I usually meet in the recruiting server, Wisdom 3, gate 27, city 5 or 6.

A lot of people have connection issues, some haven't been able to connect at all since release. Since this game is being hosted by Capcom servers instead of Nintendo, it appears that certain ISPs are being blocked for no good reason.

I'll be heading online if it works.

Another disconnect- In the middle of a mission too! I'm throwing the towel in for tonight, but I'll be around tomorrow to play. Hopefully the server issues will be worked out so this won't happen as often in the future.

I felt the same way, but after playing online I found myself to be more competent than I thought. If anything single player is much harder because you have to watch your own back. Have no fear!
