I'm definitely in; I already ordered the game. I got it from Walmart.com with my Galaxy 2 gift card, though, and their shipping times are horrendous, at least according to the estimate they gave me, so I won't be able to play right away. If only I'd held out a few days, I could have done the deal on Amazon and gotten free two-day shipping.

Add me to the NA Hunters group, please.

Probably best to remove me for the time being.  I honestly don't have the time to jump into this right away.
Why must all things be so bright? Why can things not appear only in hues of brown! I am so serious about this! Dull colors are the future! The next generation! I will never accept a world with such bright colors! It is far too childish! I will rage against your cheery palette with my last breath!

UK Hunters

If there are any inaccuracies here, let me know.

It sure is lonely over on this second list. I wouldn't mind some company- ah, who am I kidding? If anybody else was going to join, they'd have done so by now.

As much as I'd like to play Monster Hunter Tri, I'm afraid that, if the PAL territory list doesn't grow soon, I will have to withdraw. I just can't see myself playing this for long on my own.

Excuse me? Looks like I've been forgotten about again... :'(

I pre-ordered the controller bundle the other day. Now I just have to hope I end up liking the game.

The Amazon pre-order deal with the classic controller Pro (and the $10 credit) proved to be too much for me to resist.   That, combined with the $20 credit for order SMG2 will mean I can get Metroid Other M for $20.

Wow, this game comes out on Wednesday, doesn't it? Crazy. Pennies, my friends, will be saved.
This would be my PSN Trophy Card, but I guess I can't post HTML in my Signature. I'm the pixel spaceship, and I have nine Gold trophies.

I thought it was this Tuesday?

Of course my wireless headphones are starting to fail just in time so the same day I pick the game up I'll probably have to stop at Radio Shack & buy a new pair.

Wait no, Amazon has the same darn one for less even with shipping.

That old axiom: the game SHIPS Tuesday, and will be in the store on Wednesday. *sigh*

Works for me. Headphones will supposedly be at my door on the 21st. I work Wednesdays though so I'll probably miss an opening night Wifi party.

I'm really waiting for somebody to make a WiiSpeak headset.  I know I would buy one.

I wish someone would make one, too.  I have very young kids, and while I would play a game on-line with a wireless headset, there's no way I'd leave Wii Speak on while they're within earshot.

This is where Nintendo's on-line chat policies kind of bite me in the butt, too, even as a parent.

Indeed. I mean the DS has had one for some time now & The Conduit even had a headphone setting in preparation for it.

I hate to be a stick in the mud, but... I have a little question.
Would I be kicked out of the club if I point out that my username no longer has underscores in it?

Tape the Wii Speak mic to your cheek. Wear headphones. Now you've got a headset.

I felt ridiculous doing that with Conduit. But I found using any sort of headphones and placing the WiiSpeak near you works wonders. I don't even use the headphones anymore and just keep the mic near me and it does the job quite well.

And for what it's worth, I rarely curse online when playing. It's only 4 people at a time so you could easily ask anyone you play with to keep it G-Rated. It'll be no problem for me.

Never, ever in a million years would I do this.  I'm not going to devise MacGyver-like workarounds for Nintendo's half-assed solutions.  I'll just stretch the cord as far as it can go.

I know for The Conduit a few people were taping their Wii Speak mic to a pair of headphones.
