As the designated chief spokesman for this site, let me be the first to thank you for that comment. I'm sure it was my highly visible meme gif postings in Talkback which drew you here in the first place. But enough about me. Let's talk about you.
I'm hoping this means you won't be leaving us as your video game review thread seemed as though you were making a goodbye of some sort and perhaps leaving us. I know you've mentioned becoming unenthused about games already so I wondered if maybe that would be it for you. If you're worried about fitting in around here without playing videogames, here's a little secret for you.
Most of us have stopped talking about games for years. Now we just talk about other posters habits and other non-related things. Well, I realize I've made a mistake by stopping to talk about you instead of myself so let's go to me. You know, I think what has helped make this site the runaway success and envy of the videogame website enthusiast community is how we've basically taken the NewsRadio conventions and approach at humour and ripped it off completely to use here wholesale. Of course, that means that Insanolord and myself have to do the heavy lifting with the Dave Nelson and Bill McNeal roles but we do it because we're the only ones truly fit to carry these forums on our backs. So, to wrap up, it's like my father used to say: "When I was a child I thought as a child and spoke as a child, but when I became a man I took that child out back and had him shot."
