It really bothers me that

Anyone ever notice the strangely cut-off thread titles in talkback?  That happens whenever some uses quotation marks in a headline title.  Something in the code tells the forums to throw that information away, giving us magical thread titles like EA Reveals.  It's pretty annoying.
