Cocoto Fishing Master, Casting Gameplay

As far as budget PS2 ports go, I'm sort of impressed. I mean... this costs $8 on WiiWare, meaning its cheaper than most other WiiWare games, and dare I say it, it's actually... not as bad as everyone is making it out to be?

A glooming peace this morning with it brings;
The sun, for sorrow, will not show his head:
Go hence, to have more talk of these sad things;
Some shall be pardon'd, and some punished:
For never was a story of more woe
Than this of Sega and her Mashiro.

All shovelware games should be this cheap and this good. NinjaBreadMan, I never want to see your sorry face again. (until your sequel!)

Deadliest Catch, Tutorial Gameplay
Deadliest Catch, Crabbing Gameplay

Game's getting a bit more flak than it deserves, but the 360 audience probably doesn't know what to do with a simulation. Kind of a shame that it's selling for $60 though, especially when the exact same game is $40 on PC.

I'm currently avoiding mine like the plague.  Maybe I'll feel a bit nostalgic in a few years, but I'm not quite there yet.
Why must all things be so bright? Why can things not appear only in hues of brown! I am so serious about this! Dull colors are the future! The next generation! I will never accept a world with such bright colors! It is far too childish! I will rage against your cheery palette with my last breath!

I was looking forward to mine a bit too much I think. The real thing couldn't live up to the hype, but it was definitely fun.

We had three separate events. We were at a bar on the river Friday night, just hanging out, having drinks. There was the formal dinner Saturday night at a country club, and then a picnic at the park Sunday afternoon - where everyone's children matched or outnumbered us adults.

I hung out with friends at church more than anyone in my class back then, so I'm pretty sure I talked to people there more than I ever did in high school.  Some of the people I connected with most were actually friends I had spent more time with in elementary school. Most of the cliques and whatnot had pretty much faded away and I talked to a lot of people that used to get most of their entertainment from picking on me. Most of the people I shared classes with back then didn't even show up or only came to the night at the bar instead of the dinner.

Not planning on it. I wasn't too impressed with the game, but I only played it for ten minutes or so.

I am reviewing Final Fantasy IV though. :-)

Bloodworth how far did you get? I say the first 10 levels are ok. It gets better the further you get in.:)
