Nintendo Gaming / RE: Renting Gamecube Games

I'm in the same boat as you.  There is only one place I know of that you can rent games.  I went there once and compared to the X-Box and PS2 there were very few GC games.  And not only that, the cost of renting a game for 1 night was nearly $10.  Mind you, I bought my GBA SP there for the cheapest price I've seen.  (Brand new too)

With regards to sailing around all the time.  The only zelda games i have played are OoT and WW.  Are any of the other games water/ocean based, or are they all land?

I don't mean to interupt this lively little discussion.  But what does all this marvelous chit chat have to do with school shootings.

WHat did you think when you first saw WW.  Did you like the cartoon or did it take you a while to get used to it?

That wasn't very enthusiastic.

Trust me, there is no place that I know of that you can rent GC games for a reasonable price.  When I say resonable I mean less then $9 a night.

Nintendo Gaming / RE: Rogue Squadron Targeting Computer
« on: August 03, 2003, 08:33:03 PM »
Actually i think you'll find that it is a measure of how much you use you computer.  Trust me, I had the same problem.  Just use the computer in tiny increments.  Do not just hold the button in or you will get zero.  It doesn't matter how many targets you kill with it either.

If nintendo could pull that quality graphics of in a zelda game without overloading the cube I would rather that then WW.  Imagine the fight in WW against gannon with graphics like that.

I wish I could rent it.  For some reason there is not one video shot in townsville that rents out gamecube games.  The only place that lets you rent out any GC games and that is tunz-a-games, which is a damn rip-off.
$9-00 for overnight.  The games only $50 so i think i'll just take a punt.  Still i'd like to know which of the 2 is better.

Does it matter which goron you trade with first.  I know the eskimo dude said that you go to bomb island to trade but that was the second last island i found and by that time i had traded the town flower with one of the other ones and i got the sea flower.  Also, does anything happen when you put a flower in every pot thing on windfall?

I'm thinking about getting monkey ball.  But I've seen numbers 1 & 2 and I'm just wondering which one is the better buy.  COuld you please tell me if the graphics are any better or gameplay or something.  Thanx.

Personally, at the CURRENT appearance of both formats, I must say I prefer the WW style.  But I might be quick to change my opinion when I see the new one.

That was exactly my point.  Anyway, if nintendo really enhanced and refined the OoT graphics and made everything alot more, rounder let's say.  eg, fixed up links hands it would lokk damn brilliant.  It's just the lag issue comes into play then.
