Haven't been here in a while.  Good to see stevey is still incapable of coherent English and stuff.

So.  I guess I haven't been really following gaming lately.  Where's my Zeruda?

...how is a Rivals system any safer than the server system that most online games use?  This is bullshit.

I'm not as excited as usual for some reason.

I guess I'm really down on the name.  Which is really shallow.  But we get made fun of enough for being Nintendo fans.  Now we're...Wii fans.  I dunno.  Nintendo's really going to have to amaze me tomorrow if they want me to purchase a Wii.

I hope they announce a name change-back tomorrow.  I hope to God.

But uh...yeah.  I guess I'm really excited about what we see with Twilight Princess.  Stuff they've been telling us during this huge screenshot-drought makes me think some major, major changes have been made while we're not looking.

They could...you know, kill him.  Or say that experiments were being conducted on him by the Others.  It would be really wild if like they found him and he was now played by like a 20 year old actor, like the Others did something.  I guess that'd get rid of the old actor and serve as a decent way of explaining it.

I actually didn't enjoy it.  I don't like these useless filler episodes.  I like plot, and this is really superficial of me to say, but I prefer action to character development.  I didn't even enjoy the Michael thing at the end because I called it before hand.  But of course that set up the next episode to be an amazing one - Michael undoubtedly has tons of answers for us now and judging by the preview, they're going on another expedition to save Walt.  The season's winding down, expect these last 6-7 episodes to be full of thrills.

Tonight's a Rose/Bernard episode.  That should be interesting.

I think it's hilarious that "Mary Jane" would create a topic about "Weeds."

God I love this show.  The Lost writers are in some trouble though, revealing so many questions without very many answers.  It's gotta be hard work tying up so many open ends.  :-P  For example, Boone's back story was insanely mysterious and there were several questions raised about him.  With his death, fans thought that Shannon would be the key to Boone.  Now Shannon's gone too, and the way it seems, we're never going to get those Boone questions answered.

I'm flame baiting, but the only thing that could keep me away is the graphics.

I've fallen for everything, but I'm going to admit, I like my games to look good...and if the games are comparable to the original Xbox...meh.

I'm obviously excited...but I wish this was 3D.  I mean not graphics wise, but the gameplay seems 2D, akin to ALTTP, which was a great game, but the 3D Zeldas are what really got me into the series and in all honestly I like them a lot better.

I didn't even need to do that with another, very easy-to use program I downloaded (demo), WM Recorder.  Google, you are a thing of Gods.

Er...or not.  This downloads the media player as a web file, I'm looking to download just the video as a video file.

Is there any way for me to save an unlinked video to my computer?  Specifically the "NBA TV Top 10" (for anyone who sees this after today, I'm looking for Tuesday, March 14's on NBA.com (in the scrolling menu on the right, NBA TV Broadband).  I want to get that monstrous #8 block by Erick Dampier (huge Mavs fan)...it's the bomb.  I just need a way to download that whole video, I'll do whatever slicing that needs to be done after I have it.  Thanks in advance.

« on: February 27, 2006, 11:19:52 AM »
Actually...I believe a PSP is as powerful or more powerful than a Dreamcast...

But anyway, I'm excited.  This'll probably be the first game I purchase for my PSP (which I've had for nearly a year and have only been using for mp3s, yeah, blasphemy) mainly because I loved Power Stone and fighting games are a genre that would function well on the PSP because it wouldn't need that horrible, horrible analog "nub."
