The room with the hidden switch inside the torch is the Light Barrier room where Rauru appears again saying that the light barrier is broken.

Hey PIAC if a manual came with the game then you will find the writing "Circle of the Moon" on one of the first pages, that is according to my european Castlevania manual.

Nintendo Gaming / RE: Lupin the 3rd?
« on: July 07, 2003, 03:00:06 PM »
I checked some days ago (maybe more than that) on www.the-magicbox.com and the games name is "Lupin the 3rd Umi nor Kieta Hihou". If you want more information go to http://www.the-magicbox.com/game061703.htm and scroll down until you find it.

I checked your profile and saw that your living in Canada, so to resolve your problem go check http://www.nintendo.ca/2002/english/repairs.shtml. BTW I'm from Toronto and I've had recently needed to take my NGC to the repair center because it wasn't reading the disc and the disc(any disc that I have) wouldn't even spin and they repaired my NGC free of any charge and I think my warranty is past due because I bought the system 1 month after it came out.

Nintendo Gaming / Skies of Arcadia questions......
« on: July 04, 2003, 05:24:02 AM »
Hey edogg_21 if the bird discovered was a marking on the ground on the island with a lake then that's the first step to Rixis. To find the golden man you will have to go to search for them exactly on one of the two mounts that surround the Ixa'takans King house. Then to find Rixis you will go the direction the two discoveries are pointing but change your camera view so that you can look at the ground (use the D-pad). You will most likely find Rixis on the base of one of the group of mountains that you will find if you followed the right direction.

General Gaming / Does OOT(Bonus Disc) support 480i?
« on: April 17, 2003, 07:47:17 PM »
I've recently bought Nintendo's official component cables and since I had some days off of school i was trying all my games to see how they were being displayed in 480i and when i tried OOT-Master Quest it looked normal visually but as soon as i moved Link around it felt less fluid then it was before with the s-video cables, all the other games work fine. Can anyone give me a hint to whats causing this?

Actually it's not on Din's Pearl. From all three pearls to collect Naryu's pearl is the one that which symbol most resembles to the symbol on Medli's front but it's still not the same symbol. I have actually went researching if i could find the same symbol on other enigmatic characters in this game and found that Medli's predecessor as a guardian which was a Zora has the biohazard symbol. If anyone wants to see proof of this go to www.zeldauniverse.net and select from the left menu "The Wind Waker" from "Game Info",next select from the right menu "Items/Equipment" to see images of the pearls or select "Characters" to see images from the characters, all you have to do is to scroll down until you find what you want. Identifying the symbol on Medli and the princess Zora could a little dificult but it is there.

It was a complete struggle to use the lock-on function.

I thought he (Luciferschild) was talking about the arrows for the bow, no wonder i was confused about his remarks on the arrows but still i see no problem with the L-targeting in WW it's the same or better than OOT.

In windfall island did you ever encounter during daytime a man walking in direction to the mail box coming from the stairs near Junari's shop(eskimo)? If you didn't then let me tell you that he asks if the mailman has arrived already. This man is the one you should take a picture of but to do so you will have to put yourself in a certain distance (preferably in a high place where he can not see you) and take a picture of him putting a letter in the mailbox. It might take some time until he gets to the mailbox bu that's about it.

My forum/videogame name is "Caliban" but i only chose this name because i was looking for some cool name to be used as my forum/videogame name, i know it's from some Shakespear literature work but I didn't even bother to read it I only investigated the character from that work and i also know that there is some god from the helenic(greek) or roman or maybe some other culture that goes by the same name.

Did you play "The Legend Of Zelda: A Link To The Past " before in your life? If you did I don't see your problem about Wind Waker. If your anger towards WW is because of its graphics then you should be also annoyed about ALTTP which also looks cartoonish. What about the gameplay in WW did you like the other items that are available throughout the entire adventure? I think that the telescope for me is useless because i almost never used it except in the beginning of the game but the main scenery of this game is islands and lots of water so there is no inconvenience about the telescope. I don't understand what you were trying to say about the arrows can you explain it in more detail.
In my opinion this game is a masterpiece in terms of graphics and particularly the particle effects(smoke, fire, water...) even some enemies look outstanding, in terms of gameplay I see only two problems: 1- the picture box can only keep three photos at a time, 2- the guy from the Nintendo Gallery only accepts one photo at a time. Overall my WW experience was terrific and only Metroid Prime is comparable.

#1- Other then orions' belt you can also see another with seven main stars in the shape of a frying pan called the big dipper or the small dipper I'm not sure which one is it but you will see that constelation for sure.

#11- I think it's a guy and not a girl.

#99- Pay close attention to what Medli (the flying species) is wearing, she has on her front cloths the symbol for biochemical hazards.

Nintendo Gaming / viewtiful joe impressions

I have downloaded seven movies of Viewtiful Joe since it was showcased by Capcom and the reason for that is that i simply love how the game looks and plays, it's incredable. I download lots of videogame gameplay/cinematic clips and one is for sure Viewtiful Joe is unique.
