Ho ho, yes. Being able to treat yourself to a little bit of the wine is a chef's privilege. And pretty safe if you know what you're doing.

However, this recipe is going to differ a bit from the ingredients that he suggested. For instance, sauce! I know tomato is classic for a pizza but it doesn't have to be just that. You can use other things instead.

ShyGuy, why don't you weigh in on this:

All you lovely people at home
Squeeze the lemon through your hand to catch any pips
Just clank it up any old way
And just whack it up the jacksy
Not trying to be chef-y here
Who loves a curry?
I’m always burning me nuts
They'll be eating it and saying, "Oh! What is that??"

"Wait, what?! Whoa! Hold on there, ShyGuy. I love me a curry but putting that on a tortilla shell? That's not going to work," Jamie laughed nervously.

But ShyGuy was undeterred. "Sure it will! In fact, I've gone ahead and made a curry tortilla pizza already. I'll get it from the oven and show you," he replied.

"This I have to see to believe," Jamie said excitedly.

Unfortunately, the result was a disaster for ShyGuy.....

He then began to panic at being on fire and blindly ran out of the studio searching for water. He wasn't looking where he was going and ran into the street right into another oil tanker that just happened to be driving by.

"Well, I may like a curry but clearly not as much as he does," Jamie had to admit over ShyGuy's fatal curry obsession. "Let's move on from pizza....."

Round 3 is now on.

Another way to use up leftovers is with a good old fashioned homemade stew. And I know you might be thinking, "aww, soup? Really? That's kind of boring." But it doesn't have to be! And I'm going to show you a great stew that will be a joy to eat.

What do you think, Luigi Dude?

Ha ha! Ok. Sounds like he won't be much help here but I guess he'll be safe as houses.

Now, you might think the first thing to do is put a bunch of water in a pot but it isn't. What you want to do is get some meat whether it be left over beef or turkey or lamb, whatever it is you have on hand and about 400 grams worth. And that's what you want to put in your pot first.

Is there anything else you wish to mention as I'm getting the meat, AJBungle?

Well Jamie, as you know I only cook with plant and fungi ingredients. Of course there are tons of great substitutes for animal products. If want a real meaty dish then I recommend using legumes, mushrooms, grains, or nuts depending on the situation. Check out this recipe for Miso-Glazed Tempeh: https://youtu.be/TlC3eGSKLs4. When you make this for omnivores They'll be eating it and saying, "Oh! What is that??"

Ok, sure.... And it's true that if you don't want me for this stew than you can absolutely skip this step and just go straight to the vegetables then you can do that no worries and still have a safe satisfying stew.

After the meat has sort of fried a bit in the bottom of the pot, we'll take it out and add in some olive oil and veg. Now there's a wide variety of veg that we can use here. For now, what I'm going to do is get some onion and fennel.

While I'm doing that, maybe TOPHATANT123 would like to say something. He's only been waiting over a week to finally make a selection here:

It does seem to be a fan favourite right now. Maybe because it has been so safe.

I’m pretty excited about these veggies also. Now take any hard veggies you’ve got like root veg of carrots, turnips, beets or things like cauliflower or celery to add to the pot...

Well, Order.RSS, what will Jamie say now?

Me and my family are also trying to get more veg in our diet and often doing meat free meals three times a week. It's nutritious and safe!

Now that the veg has softened up a bit we can add some herbs or spices. Let's say you've got a couple pinches of oregano in the bottom of a spice jar or a couple of bay leaves or some extra parsley. Now's the chance to take some of those odds and ends and add them to the pot. It's all Kool and the Gang.

What will Jamie say next, Insanolord?

Lol! Now that's thinking smart! Copying my successful moderation skills has paid off becuase it has made you safe for this round!

With the hers chopped up, now we are going to get some tinned tomatoes and add them to the pot and break up the frying. The acid from the tomatoes is also going to help clean the inside of the pot and get all those sticky bits of fond to come loose and mix in with everything.

Alright Mop it up. What do you think is the next thing that Jamie should add here?

That's exactly right.

Take those empty tomato tins and fill them up with water and then add that to the pot as well. The meat that was cooked earlier can also be added back in. Give it all a stir and add a bit of salt and pepper for seasoning.

Alright, Stratos. What phrase will Jamie say now?

Lemon juice.... with this soup....? I don't think that's a good idea....

But Stratos was determined to prove his point and show how great it was. However.....

The panic that ensued from the food explosion caused some oil to spill on the stove which then burst in flame causing a big kitchen fire.

Stratos was caught up in the fire as he tried to put it out. In the end, the safety team at the studio was able to put it out but Stratos was too badly burned in the fire explosion so he was sent off to the ICU ward at the hospital. In a strange twist of fate, while he was there, one of his meals had lemonade to drink but it was knocked off the tray and fell on him. The lemon on his burned skin caused great pain causing him to freak out and run around in a panic. This set off a whole crazy chain off events that lead to the whole hospital exploding with him in it.

And that's the end of Stratos. Another game and another hospital he has blown up...  :(

This means Mop it up will be selecting the bomb word for Round 4.

Round 4 is now on.

Let's talk salads. Now I'm a bit of a salad man myself and I do really love a good salad. They're so versatile and allow you to be very creative. So first up. Let's talk veg. Now you can use lettuce as a base of course but there's always other things like spinach or endives or arugula or mix and match these things together. Whatever you may have on hand.

What would you say about that, BeautifulShy?

I love salad too.  My go-to one is Iceberg lettuce,  sunflower kernals, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes and mandarin
oranges with Catalina dressing.   I hope All you lovely people at home enjoy my take on a salad.  As I say,   "Good food and a warm kitchen are what makes a house a home."

Absolutely. That's just one variation a person could do with a salad. Well done, BeautifulShy.

Now, other veg that could be added. Do you have an extra carrot you don't know what to do with? Half a stick of celery? A few florets of broccoli? Well, get those extra bits and add them in with the lettuce.

What's your take on all this, MASB?

Boss Khushrenada, there's nothing I like better than making a Cajun chicken salad sandwich. Nothing says getting back to tha land like hanging up the chicken whose head you just chopped off! I love them chickens, though I can't say they're the smartest boids around. I once saw a chicken live for 6 months without a head so they don't need a brain!

After the blood drainin' and feather pickin', I poach the chicken meat. I lay a bed of lettuce on the bread. Then spread the chicken on it that I've mixed with red unyawns, mayonnaise, dill pickle relish, fresh ground black pepper and salt!

I get ma pecans from thieve.... I mean, hard-workin' folks who go visit people's pecan trees and gather the nuts! I spread the pecan bits on top of the chicken spread. I gotta be careful though since I’m always burning me nuts. But burnt or not, a nice glass o' red wine makes it a perfect salad. Bon chance!
