More maps and weapons are splatting their way to Nintendo's popular online shooter.

New maps and gear are coming to Splatoon soon.

One new map is Museum d'Alfonsino, which previously was released and features statues for inking. Mahi-Mahi Resort will launch tomorrow, with a water level that lowers similar to Camp Triggerfish's bridges.

A further gear update with more than 60 pieces of equipment will come tomorrow night. The free updates will continue until at least January, and Nintendo will be showing off a tournament mode with a tournament featuring Treehouse staff.

These two new levels look much more trickier then anything that has come before. Excited to see how they play.

The Mahi Mahi resort does look cool, especially it is pretty blatantly based on the Aulani Resort in Hawaii, an EXTREMELY popular resort for Japanese tourists with kids.

For comparison:

Oh yeah, I know I have 2 sealed copies of that game.   1 is for trading.  But people who collect Amiibos?  They really have a problem!
