The trailer that will shown for The Legend of Zelda is available for download - will you answer the Princess' plea?

Zelda.com has updated their site with the trailer for Link's latest adventure.  This trailer is going to be shown in US cinemas, and it's a very cool one.  A voice begins the trailer with "In the land of Hyrule... there echoes a legend...".  While the voice continues to narrate, the camera passes across a dark landscape, towards a dark, twisted tower.  In it, we see the narrator - a hooded figure, who tells of a 'boy who became a man'.  Game footage is shown, and then we once again see the hooded figure, speaking of the boy's destiny, "which is, above all else, to save...me." The trailer has a dark, mysterious feel to it, and it makes you curious about the game, too.

There's some gameplay footage shown, some old, some new - but most importantly, it announces that it's due Spring 2003.  Not too far away at all, really.

It's got a duck bill, you moron!
