I think its a horrible idea but should make for great tv as people hunt drones for spoils and the like.

I was sort of interested in the idea of drones delivering goods until reading this thread now I am skeptical. Thanks a lot random guy on the internet for ruining my fun.

They were talking about this at the gig. That thing flying over head and some dudes in pickup trucks with nets and shotguns chasing them all over. Sounds most plausible.

Do you really think it's that likely? People can already rob UPS trucks or swipe packages from people's doorsteps, but this is somehow going to make theft so much more likely?

People dislike drones already, it gives them an excuse to shoot them down. Not to mention they don't have to trespass (in their minds) or confront a human driver.

People do things when they think they're not being watched and like Shy said, there is plenty drone hate already. just wait till they have "loot"!
