It was 11 weeks. I believe it was the most consectutive weeks at number one in 20 years (since Pokemon Gold and Silver?).

The most weeks at number one since game launch:

18 weeks - Super Mario World (November 21, 1990)
11 weeks - Super Mario Bros. 3 (October 23, 1988) - could be up to 20 weeks as data is incomplete.
10 weeks - Final Fantasy V (December 12, 1992)

And it's a sad day as the PS5 has finally caught up to the WonderSwan.

The Switch did not hit 20 million sold before the PS5 sold 400k in Japan. It was fun watching. Who has another sales race challenge for these two?
