Instead I'm just a bum.

I warned you I wouldn't be around but I knew I could take a mafia hit just for showing up. You all owe me. And mafia, for once, I have to say, hitting me wasn't the best choice. I've had no messages, done no work for this game and I honestly haven't even read the roles and don't know the roles. This was just a phone-in performance.

On the flipside, Stevey got voted out and I didn't even have to show up to do it. That has to sting. Thank you everyone for the fun I got out of reading that Day 1 thread. The least I can do is use my mod power to start a dead thread.

Good luck everyone and let's keep this a good clean game.

Not only did I never get the chance to use a power which I didn't even fully understand, but somehow I did something without realizing it for Dasmos to figure out who I was, and I was responsible for starting a bandwagon against my own teammate. If it makes you feel better your power wouldn't have come in handy these last two days. The vote margins were too big to be impacted by your one vote change.

I think the last couple of deaths have been chosen randomly because early in the game its hard to see what is going on. I wouldn't worry too much about it.

As an aside, I really haven't been following this game closely. But I do find it rather funny that a person who never voted or posted anything, didn't send out any messages and was a plain townie has so much attention over the game. Yay me! Let's see. First, people voted out stevey for voting for me. Again, classy move. Then I was killed by mafia for being me. That was funny also. Then people began to speculate over the hit as to who have the gumption to kill me so early. I agree. These people should be punished for such an audacious crime against mafia. Meanwhile, stevey believes that every action in the game has me pulling the strings or is one of my moves. Stevey. My greatest fan.

People want me to live since I'm pretty good at finding out roles even if I am mafia. In fact, I should appearantly live longer since I'm good at making alliances whether I'm townie or mafia. Heck, you just want to hear my voice on the game.

You guys are all crazy and I love you for it.

In the meantime, it should be noted that as far as Day 1 deaths go, this is actually me first legitimate Day 1 death. I don't count Unclebob's mafia since half the players died on day 1 due to how the game was set-up. I've been able to avoid a Day 1 death for a long, long time. So, honestly, I don't mind stepping up and taking my turn at that cruel game fate. Plus, now someone else gets the chance to last longer and the game will be different for it. I realized that when I signed up that it was a good chance for me to take the bullet early. So, this death is for all of you. Believe in your dreams.

And hopefully that will give people their Khushrenada fix.

The Bomber is gone, She killed herself, and got a mafia member for you. Pretty much you are all safe to vote and whatnot. I am sad this occurred because a completely random pick got me killed. My attempts to lay low didn't work.

I have been hearing that this game has been bad for the townies and it hasn't been great. However, it is day 4 and the townies are actually in pretty good shape.

1)The Mafia has lost one member, and so they are weakened somewhat.
2)The townies have only lost one roled member (and Prime) so they are not in the worst shape this game.
3)By very bad Dumb Luck the Killer targeted and killed the Bomber and herself. So that means 2 threats that would have killed townies are gone.

So now there can only be 2 deaths a night, right?

The townies can take command of this game. Threats are gone and the world is there oyster. Go for it.

No, they're just copying what you would do. It's clear that the godfather is someone who watches what you do careful and is one of your "followers". Not only that but they fear you skill, so they killed you off fast. Which maybe a little too dirty for spank but then it means the godfather is obliviously WVXL...

I have only two pure loyalty's in this game. 1)To make the game fun and interesting and hopefully a good story, and 2)To a player I have not and will not betray in the game...even if it means my death, and that player isn't Khush.

Actually, funny story on that. I was surfing the internet and decided to just come back and check out who lost and that's when I saw the request to lock the thread. After a little bit more poking around, I went off to my room where I saw my Wii blinking. I was hoping it was a message from TJ Spyke on the Metroid vouchers but no, it was 2 messages from Maxi. The first asking if I could lock the thread and the second thanking me for doing so. I figured Maxi probably thought I saw the message first and I see that I'm right. Wii mail. The slowest way to reach me.

A good example of this in this game is the hit on Khushrenada on Day 1.His reputation with this game makes it so that he is always a target.

Well lets look at your Day 1 vote.It was for Spak-Spang.It would be later found out that he was the Killer.You had a good instinctual reaction to Spak-Spang.You knew he was a bad guy. Also last game you made it to the end of the game.I think only Spak-Spang voted for you then he unvoted it for a vote for me.

Where as me thought he was bad at the end of the 3rd day.

I dunno. I think the townies are pretty set up now.

There will be some mistakes, but the townies have all their most powerful roles still alive, and the mafia is going to have trouble.

If I hadn't of killed the bomber and myself, I think the mafia would be in a very situation. I would have most likely hit more townies than mafia and would have kept the game favored for the mafia.

Yeah, you got the answers to 2 suspicious people on your list.

The way I see it, is that the Mafia are going to have to use their hit this round to kill the Doctor.

The question is did the townies learn something over the weekend? If they got a mafia member then it will be a nice easy vote out. If they didn't they build another key member into their ranks of a townie alliance.

However, this leaves the townies the ability to investigate another person...if that happens and they find a mafia member it is pretty much over. 3 mafia left, you can only hide so long.

GP you get top marks for starting each day within hours of the end of the day before it. Being an Aussie this is the difference between an afternoon start of day and a 3am start. Everyone should continue to follow this pattern.

Thanks BFS that means alot. I know I've missed a couple days when it comes to closing but I try to make sure I start the next day around 12 am or so.

I've been extremely happy with how this game has turned out. It is one of the closest most exciting mafia games I've seen.

Well, I just logged on and discovered I'm dead!

Too bad. At least I took the hit away from some more critical roles.

It will be fun to discuss what happened post-game. I'll refrain from doing so here because it may give away too much information to some but there were some interesting backstage conversations. I know a couple things I will do from now on in future games. I think we hit a couple pitfalls that really cost the townies a clean victory.
