Ok. For every 1 Cube sold their was ~5 PS2's sold, I'm using the exact number in the background. So if the whole world mimicked Japan then if there was 25M Cubes sold Worldwide then that means their are ~122,518,240 PS2's sold around the world.

Wait a second... that number holds surprisingly well: the GC sold around 21 million worldwide according to Nintendo's latest statements.

WOW @ Nintendo Top 21 and 26 of the Top 30(5 of which are for the Wii), I think it is very safe to consider Japan Nintendoland for the foreseeable future.

Hardware should also be out tonite along with the rest of the Nintendowned Top 50

Its also surprising to see Professor Layton having such looong legs and continuing to stay in the Top 20 for all these weeks and NSMB & More Brain Age pop back up into the Top 10. Don't be dissapointed in One Piece either, it was basically sold out last wiik, and the remaining copies sold out this week. The publisher only ordered 50k copies (40k of them sold last wiik)

Just fyi, the only reason that One Piece dropped off is because they sold out of their shipment. Yes, they only shipped 50k. Darn them!!!

Well... crap... I mean, it's got to be at least a minor irritant for Sony that this winter Nintendo will probably have outsold the PS2 in lifetime JPN sales. That's just 2 years for Nintendo to topple what took Sony 6 - 7 years to do.

Looks like the Wii is selling line with the Japanese market and so is the DS. But the PS3 is outperforming the Japanese market by about 3x, I guess thats good news right...
