Back online woo-hoo!
« on: September 19, 2008, 03:11:35 PM »
Yes we got internet back today, man living in the dark ages really bytes. So some announcments.

I did move to Coeur D ALene as promised, became an electrical apprentice, um had an unfortunate accident and lost my job. Ended up back, temporarily in old Filer for a couple more months then it's back to Kansas where my parents, my brother and I are going to inherit a large family farm and start a new life.

I literally buried my head in my hands upon reading your post.  I'm not even sure where to begin.

Welcome back; try not to start so many pointless threads this time around.  ;)
Why must all things be so bright? Why can things not appear only in hues of brown! I am so serious about this! Dull colors are the future! The next generation! I will never accept a world with such bright colors! It is far too childish! I will rage against your cheery palette with my last breath!

ok sorry, little excited to be back online.

Ok well the electrical apprentice thing wasn't for me cuz my problems with my hands being shakey and stiff and I drilled a few holes in the wall while trying to install the light switches. I then found out that in NE, still looking into KS, that you don't have to do nearly as much to get your Journeymans as you do in ID so I figured since my dad's great uncle passed away and is dividing the family farm up, well his sisters are, we might get a small chunk, or my parents agreed to help me buy a small house and some land to get me started but that depends on how much they can save before we move. Since I sold my car I have some money in the moving fund so I am half way there. Plus we are starting this new home business venture that well looks promising anyways.

And yeah I got a little carried away right towards the end but most of that was stupid.

I don't understand how you can lose so many jobs? It boggles the mind.

Congratulations on coming back. How did you like Coeur D Alene? (voted the toughest town name in America to spell!)

It was ok, but my sister is a super hard core liberal fanatic so we had constant clashes over every single discussion. Plus her hippy land lord was growing his agriculture in the backyard and they lived across the street from a pre school so it was like not cool.

Dasmos, I know huh, the sad thing is I just turned 26 and when we counted up all the jobs I have had I am sitting at 34 right now. I thought about looking into the Gueness book of records but since I can't even spell the thing I figured it ain't worth it.

I've only had one real job, and that was my internship.  Kind of sad that the main reason for that was me being too lazy to find one.

I gave up. That is why we are moving back to KS, where things are simpler and I can get a small house and live a quiet life.

I thought about writing a review of that movie for the site, since KISS had a comic book *and* a video game, but I haven't decided yet.

RAT, GO BACK TO KS.

Farming is awesome. Yes it breeds some very ignorant people, but it also is fucking awesome.

As homo as this may sound, I have a garden (cuz I love to cook), and there's nothing better than going outside, grabbing an apple from my apple tree and walking over to pick up a couple of tomatos, cucumbers, jalapenos and an assortment of herbs, then going inside and cooking up a meal.

****.................i wish I could go over to my stable and pick out a lamb to slaughter.

Fire up the wood grill!
