A war is a brewin...
« on: June 20, 2008, 11:32:09 PM »
I had originally considered taking it upon myself to tell a story, a story that some may find fascinating. Instead I have since diverted my attention to leaving the telling of the story to another time and place. Instead of telling of said story I have chosen to partake in a completely unrelated serous of events that will end an age old conflict once and for all.

I am prepared to wage a beautiful and just war against the tyranny of those who oppress the cause and advancement of the telling of the story in question. Hence the reasoning of this conflict which is escalating.

There will be no victors, there will be only losers on all sides who are to partake in the engagement of this particular warfare. Having said all that, I suspect there are forces out side of my control who shall take it upon them selves to do what they can to stop the cause from advancing.

On the Morrow I shall convene with the leaders of the opposing factions responsible for the conflict and discuss the terms of the warfare to be waged and the rules of the engagement. This is not a game of skill or luck, this is very much a war to end all wars. Should it be decided to end before it begins, I shall do my part to explain to those involved what has transpired was not their fault entirely.

This is not a ploy nor a plea, this is a declaration of the conflict to come and a testament of the resolve of those who wish to see it's resolution. I thank you for your time and ask only that you be prepared to witness a conflict like no other.

lol, actually i didn't detect any spelling error. I even checked www.m-w.com and the word marrow exists, so that's proof that I have no clue what you were trying to say. I even have to check what morrow is from that site *shrug*.

I remember what happened the last time you declared war. ;)
Why must all things be so bright? Why can things not appear only in hues of brown! I am so serious about this! Dull colors are the future! The next generation! I will never accept a world with such bright colors! It is far too childish! I will rage against your cheery palette with my last breath!

I don't think so. Vudu that never happened ok.

Now where was I.

Oh yes.

The leaders of the rebellion gathered with my superior intellect today to discuss the terms of our warfare.. We have drawn up clear and precise rules of engagement and have agreed what is to be accomplished by either side to declare victory. It has been esteemed by my colleagues and I that the conflict will leave a wave of destruction in it's wake unlike anything this world has ever seen before. Therefore it was predetermined that in order to end the conflict the enemy would only have to succeed in achieving a minimal effort of their own goals. Should they reach their predetermined goal prior to us reaching ours, we would admit defeat. However should our superior forces prove capable of accomplishing our predetermined goals prior to the reaching of our enemies said goals, we shall claim our victory and restore our fallen brothers to their previous state within out family.

The war shall commence immediately. I shall return with the results on the eve of our enemies destruction. Good luck, and may god save us all.

Oh god, is this another mafia game?  Can't you just declare war on a forum member again?

No, why would I host a Mafia? We all remember how well that went over. When it is all said and done you will understand, maybe.

Thank god it's not a mafia game.

Are we doing a drive-by of a sega forum?

Things are not going as planned. We won our first battle as we had hoped but then the enemy struck back with a vengeance we had not expected from them. The fire in their eyes, the energy they fought with, it was all unexpected. As the casualties piled up we knew one thing was clear. we had underestimated them.

In case you are wondering there is a war waging at this very moment. A war not fought with guns or swords. A war not fought with words or hate, but a war fought with ideas. The idea is to keep the thought alive, but the more alive the idea becomes, the harder it is to keep it going.

I must contain the thought within my mind. If I do not then it will spread, which will cause suffering to those who become infected with it's line of thinking. Some would say I am insane, they may be right, but who are they to say? How would they not know if I am sane and they are not?

The key to victory is to fight to win.
