That screenshot looks like it was ran through random tools in photoshop. Really, look at the blur on the gun.

Looks like a real winner, I mean the visuals look SOOOO unique. Mario Galaxy better look out, a new innovative title is on its way!

This looks way better than the *Real Time* video they showed at E3 last year!!
Cell is such an amazing piece of technology!!
Now the PS3 is worth every cent of the asking price of $599 US dollars!!!

Oh man it's hilarious looking at the various comment threads on mainstream sites about the comments.

PS3 fanboys are up in arms and making excuses about it being a fake screenshot, being a poster on someones wall (which doesn't even make any sense) and various other things.

oh and 4-D advanced lighting ftw lol.

As I always say over and over again, screenshots never tell the whole thing, I'll wait for videos, but the game is just boring anyway, I prefer to watch Lair videos, those are so pretty.

I just saw the live trailer it looks much better in motion. Its not on par with the CG they pawned off as in game in 2005 but its much closer to the CGI than Motostorm was. Gears of War still looks better. Killzone's textures aren't as high quality as Gears.

The main colour for Gears of War was brown.
The main colour for Killzone 2 is grey. The face polygonal models look great but the environments all look like they have lower res textures, and look really bland too with all the grey all over the place sheesh.
Metroid Prime 3 is the only colourful game.

Notice the image is 1280x720, and not 1920x1080...I'm guessing that's an indication of the game running in 720p.

I can pretty much break down the trailer:

5min intro on a ship

new scene:
1min ingame, gets shot like 10times but still runs fine
30sec ingame vid, go attack tower
2mins of walking while strafeing side to side
30secs of shotting badguys with NO AI

new scene:

30secs of shotting bigger badguy, bullets have no effect (doesnt make him move or flinch) and again seems to have no AI

new scene:

Is running along above ground platform, lots of effects happening  

Atleast this wasnt as dissapointing as Haze

Well lets face it, they have to have some ray of hope for their system. The games do look nice but yeah we'll have to see how the game handles.
