So, I'm thinking I'd like to compile a list of all games that can/could be registered with Nintendo.  I'm potentially thinking about expanding this to include coins one could get (Game, early registration, etc...), but for right now, I'm looking to focus on GameCube games.

So, to start out with, I'm going to post my list of registered GameCube games.  If you wouldn't mind logging into your ClubNintendo account and doing the same, that'd be wonderful.

1080 Avalanche
1080 Avalanche
Batallion Wars
Chibi-Robo
Dance Dance Revolution: Mario Mix
Donkey Kong Jungle Beat
Donkey Konga
Donkey Konga 2
Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles
Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance
Geist
Mario Kart: Double Dash!!
Mario Kart: Double Dash!!
Mario Party 5
Metroid Prime 2 Echoes
Nintendo GameCube
Nintendo GameCube
Nintendo GameCube
Odama
Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door
Pikmin 2
Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness
Super Smash Bros. Melee
The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Adventures
The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess
Wario Ware, Inc.: Mega Party Game$

And, although I don't have them registered, I'm told that the following titles also are registrable:
Mario Power Tennis
Pokemon Colosseum

Here's some more information that might be helpful.  I believe this is a list of all Nintendo-published titles released for the GameCube after the introduction of My Nintendo and if I think they included a registration code.  A "Yes" means it did, I have it registered.  A "No" means I've got it and, my copy, at least, did not include a registration code.  Maybe means I don't have it.

Custom Robo    Maybe
Mario Party 6    Maybe
Mario Party 7    Maybe
Mario Power Tennis    Maybe
Mario Superstar Baseball    Maybe
Pokémon Box: Ruby & Sapphire    Maybe
Pokémon Colosseum    Maybe
Star Fox: Assault    Maybe
Super Mario Strikers    Maybe
Pac-Man Vs.    No
Pokémon Channel    No
The Legend of Zelda Collector's Edition    No
1080° Avalanche    Yes
Battalion Wars    Yes
Chibi-Robo!    Yes
Dance Dance Revolution: Mario Mix    Yes
Donkey Kong Jungle Beat    Yes
Donkey Konga    Yes
Donkey Konga 2    Yes
Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles    Yes
Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance    Yes
Geist    Yes
Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess    Yes
Mario Kart: Double Dash!!    Yes
Mario Party 5    Yes
Metroid Prime 2: Echoes    Yes
Odama    Yes
Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door    Yes
Pikmin 2    Yes
Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness    Yes
The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Adventures    Yes
WarioWare Inc.: Mega Party Game$    Yes

The tricky part, however, is the fact that, at least one title was re-released *after* the introduction of MyNintendo with a registration code - Smash Bros. Melee.  In theory, any 1st party game could have contained a code.

I have three games registered which aren't on your own list:

Mario Party 6
Mario Party 7
Super Mario Strikers
