Nintendo Gaming / 3DS Games with Online

I have been having a very difficult time getting a definitive answer, as to whether or not Super Monkey Ball 3D will have online for the kart racing and monkey fight mini games. The official website claims that it has wifi, but I am not sure if that is merely local multiplayer, or if it is truly online. Most of the coverage of the game that I have read, has claimed that it only has local multiplayer.
Also, I am finding it difficult to tell what other titles have online, as Nintendo has for some reason, removed the Wifi logo from the 3DS titles. The only title that I can, with great confidence, say that has online is Street Fighter.
