Wind Waker to Xbox

WindyMan from the chat was talking about this.  Unfourtantly it is not on the main PGC site yet, WindyMan says the news thing messed up.

Anyway, if you look HERE, you can see that IGN Xbox has posted all the Wind Waker media up to their site.

This is because Wind Waker may be ported to Xbox.  The final Xbox version would be the same i think, but localized for Xbox.

Cool.

BUT NINTENDO!

They sold out!

Yes, unfortunately, it's all true.
Nintendo have lost so much that they've decided to abandon Gamecube, and be bought by Microsoft. Wind Waker, the legendary followup to the popular Zelda series, is the first game of this new merger.

Well, sorry for the sarcasm.
Matt, you are an idiot.
What were you doing on the IGNXBox site anyway?

Well, where do you suggest I got for my Xbox news?

Team Xbox is good, but I need more than that.  IGN Xbox provides some good Xbox coverage.

Anyway, this news will be on PGC once their damn news system is fixed.

Next time you want to do an April Fool's Joke, do it on April Fool's day.

Interesting that IGNXBox screwed up and put all the WW media on their site, though.

hehe WindyMan and I managed to convice little ole matt here with that link.  It's actually rather easy to screw with IGN links, change the channel_id tag and it changes the formatting for the media page, change the page_title tag and it changes the title.  You could make an IGN page that looks like Halo is coming ot the GameCube.  Windy actually posted the little joke on the forums earlier and we were laughing about it in the chatroom, Matt walks in right as i say: "what would you rather I say, OMFGWTFASLLOLBBQBLT ZELDA ON XBOX NOOOOO! ?" and he jumped in right away saying it wasnt possible, then me and windy managed to convince him (after showing him the little ign link) that it was "true" and that windy would post it on pgc if the news posting software wasnt screwed up (of course that was all BS) and matt spent the next 3 hours thinking it was true until, get this: he actually AIM'ed an NOA employee.    We had the whole chat in on the joke for a while, it was great.

(and dont let matt convince you he knew it was a joke the whole time, cuz he didnt)
