Hyey, just a little question...

A friend of mine wants a PS2; he lives in Turkey, so I'm getting it for him.
I know they use PAL in Turkey and that the Action Replay should make it region free.

Is there such a thing as an NTSC to PAL adapter? Are they expensive?

Also, are Euro games compatible with a US PS2, outside of the NTSC/PAL problem?
