In this day and age it's not that stinking hard. All you have to do is find a second manufacturing facility and a third manufacturing facility and have all 3 of them producing at full capacity. Suddenly you're pumping out three times as many and maybe I can actually find the fire emblem characters in a store so that I can use them on Codename: Steam.

It's nowhere near that easy.

Then you're going to have to enlighten me because I don't see how it isn't that easy. Yes there are many parts and yes it's taking people time, but that's why you get more manufacturing companies to help so that you at least come close to meeting demand. In the mean time the stretch out time between waves so that you can make more copies of each one.

Many people believe the mistaken idea that the more items you manufacture, the more money you will earn. This turns out to be false even for simplistic mathematical models.  Real life has many variables and factors that must be "factored into the equation" so to speak.  There is a considerable amount of mathematics involved in economics.  If you don't believe me check out this link to see how much of it is understandable.   http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mathematical_economics

Actually the number of bananas required to feed that hippo do not increase exponentially.  They increase linearly.  Levels 1-7 require 60, 120, 200, 250, 300, 350, and 400 bananas respectively.  A least-squares regression line that best fits this data (with accuracy to the hundredths) is:

y = 56.43 x + 14.29

and therefore linear.

But will Mewtwo get an amiibo? That's the main question here...

Yes, but it is all ready sold out.  "Please understand"

I have Breath of Fire 2 for the Wii virtual console. In my humble opinion it was extremely archaic for a 1994 RPG. The original cannot be more advanced so I would expect high difficulty, frustrating menus/experience gain/progression, unclear game concepts, SLOW battles, LOTS of game over screens, and LOTS of repetition.  I did finish BoF2, but will probably never play it again.  I love challenges, such as Etrian Odyssey (I have them all, and finished them all except for untold). I would put BoF2 in the same category as Final Fantasy I I I (the DS remake)...too outdated and unbalanced to be any fun.

Some of us actually finished the game.

Hey!  I read the first 2 paragraphs of a book!  I couldn't stand the first 2 paragraphs!  Now I can judge the WHOLE book as bad!

"Drop in Profit"

Profit ≠ Deficit.

If this doesn't come to North America........I guess there is nothing I can do.  Well, I can say PLEASE!

(Yes I know, Avalon Code is not an Atlus-published game.  But I'm just saying...)

61
Sweet.  Too bad for me -- I pre-order all my Atlus titles.  :)  Speaking of the eShop potential...I wonder if I will ever get to play "Avalon Code" in such a manner.  I feel bad about missing that one, and that is the EXACT reason why I pre-order all Atlus titles now!  ^_^

62
Too bad you cannot get them all at the same time.  Argh... a slave to the collection.

TalkBack / Re: Nintendo's Stock Price Reaches Two Year High

Yes.  Plus consider it was for this VERY reason that Nintendo decided they should make a zillion Mario games. I wonder what the stocks will be like when they start to see the light of day (and also see the wallets of the consumers).  Personally I'd rather play a game like Radiant Historia or Etrian Odyssey IV...but alas those games never sell as many copies as the lowliest of Mario games.

Sword of Hajya.   FINALLY!!!!  Back in the day I was close to the end ... and tragically the (considerably) worn-out game malfunctioned and my save data was lost.  I sold my Game Gear shortly thereafter.  Playing it again will sure be a trip down memory lane.

Don't forget to patent "time machine" and "idiot fixer" .... although most of us know that it's against the law of physics to create an idiot fixer.

Hilarious!  I love the absolutely appropriate screen shot of "complaining about games never played."  Everyone I know in real life who hates Majora's Mask has never completed it, and in most cases never spent more than an hour with it because "they couldn't get into it."  Everyone has their opinion of course, but it is really fair to judge a game that one has never completed?  (Or at least played MOST of the game)

Back to the subject, I don't understand people's fixation with Melee.  I like Brawl better and was surprised by the amount of the masses who say it stinks by comparison to Melee.   But hey, we all have an opinion eh?  I enjoyed playing Brawl and anxiously look forward to playing the upcoming installment.  That's all.  It's my opinion and everyone else can have theirs.   ;D

TalkBack / Re: The Quest to Keep My Sanity
« on: August 27, 2012, 07:00:42 PM »
Yeah I would agree with both of those.  Since you can recoup any lost sanity by a finishing move, and fairly early in the game (depending on the alignment you chose) you get the ability to recover your sanity.  It's highly possible to complete the game with full or almost full sanity.  Having that meter invisible would be pretty interesting!

An animal crossing horror game!?  Bahahaha.  The more unexpected something is, the scarier it is!  That would be a stellar idea.

(C) Amazon.com Pre-Order Price Guarantee "the price we charge when we ship it to you will be the lowest price offered by Amazon.com between the time you placed your order and the end of the day of the release date."  It's listed at 39.99 still.........
........or does this only apply if the price DECREASES ?   I don't know myself.

TalkBack / Re: Fading Mr. Fox

What?  No mention of the fact that Star Fox Adventures was originally being developed as "Dinosaur Planet" for the Nintendo 64 and was not (to public knowledge) planned to be a Star Fox until very...VERY late in it's development?  From this perspective it makes sense why the "Arwing levels" seem very last minute and rushed.  Anything else from the Star Fox canon?  Let's see....um....the final battle?
