I wouldn't bother arguing about singular/plural grammar when we're talking about amounts of time.

More importantly, the game has been delayed before; setting up a countdown this early is just begging for disappointment.

It supposedly got delayed in Europe well past Q2.

I think we'll see a delay in the US and Japan as well.

Yeah I care about a delay, but really I'd rather have one if it means for an amazing, polished experience. I say they should get all the time they need.

I really have to wonder what he's doing with all these delays. Sakurai didn't ever seem thrilled to be working on Brawl; he seemed more to think of it as his "duty."

I disagree; he didn't have to come back for Brawl at all (he doesn't even work at Nintendo anymore), and he's always enthusing about stuff in the updates. To say the game is being delayed because Sakurai's bored is ridiculous; it's just obvious that the amount of stuff they've been planning to put in is taking them longer then they expected. I always thought Fall '07 was an unusually early release date, considering the team had to start from scratch on the game, minus the basic engine. Still, I hope it only got pushed back in Europe for translation reasons, and we'll still get it in February.

forget the grammar police! I would like to spell Alot like this, not "a lot", and spell checks think Allot is correct. I say screw em.
words like Anybody, Nobody, Anyone, Someone, Anyway, Nowadays are all exceptable and they all follow the same convention.
And what's this? Spell check says except-able needs a hyphen, why doesn't dependable.

Because it is acceptable, not exceptable. It requires the hyphen because you are appending "able" onto a word that doesn't have an equivalent form with "able" at the end.

The reason I want to read impressions and see spoilers is because I want to see how the FINAL game is like because I let the hype cloud my judgment.

And before you say "OMG Brawl will be amazing STFU!!", yes I'm well aware that the game will be a good one. However, I want to know how the FULL thing will be like.
