Post by: bustin98 on July 12, 2015, 09:20:53 PM
Apparently he was sicker than was let on. Such sad news, he was a legend and will be missed.

Mark Serrels thinking about Mr. Iwata and Balloon Fight. http://www.kotaku.com.au/2015/07/satoru-iwata-made-things-that-people-enjoyed/ (http://www.kotaku.com.au/2015/07/satoru-iwata-made-things-that-people-enjoyed/)
I should play some Balloon Fight.

----- It can't be stated enough: Mr. Iwata made a dream in to his reality. He started as a game developer at a Japanese start-up, exhibited managerial skill to guide HAL Laboratories to solvency, became the first non-Yamauchi president of Nintendo, and still found time to assist in games at an individual or coding level. ----- EDIT 2: Shigesato Itoi writes (as translated by Yomuka). https://yomuka.wordpress.com/2015/07/13/shigesato-itoi-reflects-on-his-friendship-with-satoru-iwata/ (https://yomuka.wordpress.com/2015/07/13/shigesato-itoi-reflects-on-his-friendship-with-satoru-iwata/)
