Rooting for what? I lost. lol

Don't worry though, I didn't die. Had met this nice girl who helped me out at the last minute & filed the report just saying I died.

Got a PM despite never playing before. Dunno how to play either so I'm out. Good luck to those playing though!

Huh. Discovered something odd this morning. I know custom builds can have their names censored when you use certain rude words, but today I had one censored I didn't see coming. Had copied a Zhin build off of youtube that keeps you using Whirl a bit more often so wanted to name it "Beyblade". Turns out the in-game censoring didn't like that.

82
I assumed that would have happened by now. With the Splatoon 2 & Let's Go themed Switches & joy controllers a home screen shop to match them seemed like a sure in.

83
Well there goes that for me.

For those who are into competitive play there's still some reason to consider re-buying it if you think you'll perform better with the gyro controls over keyboard & mouse or traditional controllers. May climb a rank or two.

Linking accounts & getting my PC unlocks would sway me a bit. For starters, I already have Noire Widowmaker & 6 of the other 15 in the pre-order.

TalkBack / Re: Overwatch Coming To Nintendo Switch in October

I'm one of the few that left Overwatch for Paladins. Not sure if I want to go back even with motion controls.

Amusingly, all but one of the people on my Wii U friends list have been active within the last month.

Wow. Most of my friends stopped logging on before the Switch even launched. Seen 3 log on lately though the only one I ever catch online seems to be using their WiiU to just watch Netflix.

Been starting this post-work day ritual of firing up a console while waiting for the PC to load up before doing the internet thing. Went WiiU instead of Switch a few times and...

Got stuck playing Shantae and the Pirate's Curse. Already past the "halfway" point.

Wasn't going to bother with the DLC since I haven't played it in a while. Been giving it another spin lately so may grab some of that additional content.

Those pirate mechs are a pain.

90
Hmm Hitler & dicks is about right. Didn't see the 9/11 stages coming though.

Since there's no more music CDs to collect I'm guessing the "factory" stages didn't make a return.

Been shying away from RPGs for more than a few years now, but the card game mechanics just makes this look too interesting to not give a try.

Nah because I use gyro. Besides post match you can see user's profiles. Except non-Siwitch players.

I think I'm just about there for the current pass and when it comes to End Times I already got the only one I really wanted so I'm in no rush. I got one triple kill in that so far. Was using Zhin of all people. Got lucky & simply walked around & took out a Seris & two people she was healing.

Been getting increasingly frustrated with the matchmaker this week. There's been games where an entire team is being spawn camped while only a single person on the other team has to effortlessly push the payload. Even with going gamepad only, some of these teams are obviously using a mouse to aim. I head I've getting long distance headshot by Lex players here.

Buuut it's double battle pass XP weekend & the new End Times quests are up so if you need a hand I'll be around Mop it up. One of the End Times is healing a million points of damage.

I may do that since I'll never get all that good at this game anyway & could use the help. Had a few games where I felt I was shot out of the sky too easily as Willo.

Yeah, mentions should be still on.

I thought the two pools were to avoid duplicates yet I've battled against copies of myself more than once. One thing I'm not enjoying is the match making seems even worse. I either get annihilated or our team rolls them over easily.

There's an input-specific queue? I thought crossplay meant everyone played everyone regardless of what you play on.

Well you two should be happy. That End Time event is pretty much Onslaught on Crack.

Tried to join you over the weekend but you were in a game. Then when I stepped away I saw a missed invite from you.

If you see me playing it just message me in the discord.

Though when I think about it I probably enjoy Siege the most. Not as much chaotic fun, but as a frontline/healer main it often comes down to pushing the payload & keeping whoever is pushing it alive.

On the flipside, it's probably the most teamwork dependant of the games so a bad team can make this the most agonizing mode too.

Yeah, you'd think Team Deathmatch would be the fun one but Onslaught gets pretty wild when everyone scrambles on to the objective at once. Even if teammates are trickling in & getting mowed down one at a time, a well-placed ultimate can turn the tides.
