No Halbred. Go look in Nintendo console section and there is a topic for the Pearl Harbor Wiiware game.
He is a developer. legendo is actually what the development team is called. Shyguy just made this topic because no one on the staff was responding to legendo.legendo has been trying to get a response from the staff for a few months.
