http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/news/marvel-shake-up-film-chief-819205edit: Guess I should take the time to summarize what the link leads to, since I didn't have time when I posted it.
Kevin Fiege now reports directly to Disney and bypasses Perlmutter at the head of Marvel Inc.
This means that Fiege most likely has more direct control over pay, budget, casting, direction and negotiations for all MCU movie related content.
Perlmutter was a notorious penny pincher, and honestly, it might be a reason why Marvel has had such enormous profits to start out in movies, Fiege was forced to negotiate hard low ball contracts and get creative with planning budgets for the MCU. Now he'll have more freedom to do as he pleases, which might mean negotiations with Fox over F4 and related properties in exchange for the X-Men TV rights (Fox wants to make an X-Men TV show) might be more fruitful, actors might be able to re-up on their contracts w/ a fair increase, and SFX for Asgard, Wakanda, Dr. Strange and Guardians might get proper increases.
On the flip side, Jeff Loeb is still in charge of Marvel TV output, and still reports directly to Perlmutter, along with all the animated movies/tv shows, merchandising, comics and other Marvel related stuff that isn't the MCU movies.
