Well, it's not 100% official, but it's officially in the works.
Netflix gave the "Ok" to work on it, but it hasn't officially been scheduled yet.

don't know why you can't find it on Netflix yet.... maybe try a different region if you can?
Looks like it might not drop till after the 2 hour premier this Tuesday, which sucks for those trying to be caught up before hand...

There is also a Captain America 75th anniversary special before the Agent Carter 2hr Premiere on tuesday as well.

Timing of S2 determined around whenever they plan to do The Defenders. Popular Speculation is that Netflix wishes to do it sooner rather than later, but also that they want to tie it into the build up of Infinity War which drops in 2018.

The Punisher is still planned, but not officially set in stone.

Hey do we already know about the Gambit movie being made?

It seems they've cast Iron Fist as well but I'm not seeing who it is.

Channing Tatum is Gambit. But the only X-men related character I'm even slightly interested in at the moment is Deadpool

Iron Fist has been case, according to Luke Cage (Mike Colter), but he said something along the lines of him being locked in a basement and not having his identity revealed.
on a "completely?" unrelated note, Scott Adkins (white martial artist) has been cast in Doctor Strange... role unknown. take that as you will. Feige said that TV and Movies will cross over sooner than we think, and Doctor Strange is his pet project. I'm not trying to put 2 and 2 together here (well... maybe I am), but it's just such a coincidence.

Spider-man's solo act will be a Highschool centered movie, probably Freshman, as they want him in HS for a while. They will not be doing another "origin" story, but that doesn't mean it won't be covered. He will first appear in Civil War, and we can only hope that they got him on a movie and TV contract so he can do the Netflix (and ABC) series as well.
Other than all that, I don't think we know much of anything about what his solo movie will be.

edit: so what have you heard Mr. Hollywood!?

Yeah so what I'm hearing is that in this Spidey movie his origins will be explored, to what extent I don't know and that a major part of the movie is him fighting Iron Man as some sort of test to be one of the Avengers.

I guess it would make sense to bring out the big gun for the first solo MCU Spidey movie to tie him in deeply into the universe.

But I'm really more curious who the villain is. I do remember hearing something about Mysterio and The Shocker, but that could be related to that Sinister Six thing Sony had planned.

We already have Iron Man hogging my Captain America spotlight. Let's give another Avenger some crossover screen time. Besides, Peter should already be the cocky, smart-ass hero in his movie. Do we need two?

I personally would like Deadpool and Hulk to cross over into Spidey's movie.

Deadpool I know won't happen, but Hulk and Spidey could be a fun team up.

But I would also like to see Spidey and Doctor Strange cross over into the netflix series.
Spidey with a Luke Cage and/or DD S2 cameo, and Doctor Strange w/ that Iron Fist and The Defenders setup. And Coulson need to take notice of Hell's Kitchen sometime soon as well.

It can't all be connected while everyone ignores everyone else unless it's ABC or Netflix independently throwing nods towards the movies. The movies need to start throwing some bones down to the mid/street level events as well.

With Hulk still being tied up wth Universal and Spidey being on-loan from Sony, I can't help but cry at the thought of the legal red tape involved in getting them together in a team-up movie.
