the thread changed names one time, and then it changes back and forth because of the forum change. In the old forums if yo changed the name it would change all the title names, but it saved the old one. The changeover made different posts under a different titles.

not to mention this thread goes all the way back to 2003, many links are broken. I saved most of everyone else's setup though on my hd.

she's also from Yuma, she's one of my friends little sister. We've never met. Her older brother one day was like "i'll hook you up with my sister, she likes Zelda, she's not fat". I was like OK. He never went through with it. I didn't hear from him for a while on the subject, and then I was looking at a different friends roommate's birthday party facebook page and sure enough his sister is tagged there. I look at her page and i'm like holy ****! The most perfect person ever! I added her but am really busy with school. I send her a couple of facebook messages. a couple months pass. Long enough to forget who I am, i get unadded. So I instant message her and she tells me that she doesn't remember me. Then I mention that i know her brother...i think i should have just pretended not to know him.

on top of that I was going to go to the renaissance fair with one of my good friends, he backed out and I totally missed it. I looked at her page to see what she had been up to, and see that she went the weekend I was going to go but didn't. Why god why!

its kinda funny with Alex too, because when we met we found out we had the exactly same hobbies, we never knew each other for the several years we had been living in Yuma. Turns out we lived right down the street from each other.

Dude, trying to hook up your friends sister is against the rules. Not to say I haven't seen it happen....it's just incredibly awkward for your friend.

Plus no offense, if your only prospect is your friends sister, then I think something needs to change.

i only necromance threads that have some sort of relevance to something ironic going on at the present, or to bury threads to the second page, on occasion i have bumped threads just for fun because the forums were so slow that nobody had posted in over a week. After I did this I got warned though.

for case one the best example was when i said that Nintendo might make 2 different version of Twilight Princess on Wii and Gamecube. In a fashion similar to how Sega released 2 different version of sonic 3d blast on 32x and Saturn. Everyone blasted me and said I was wrong and that Nintendo has never and would never do that. Well when they did I just resurrected the thread and laughed. INSANELY!

and Kashogi, your right. However, he offered it to me first, and thats how i found out he even had a sister. Those are modern rules though. Back in the day that was one of the key ways of finding your wife. It was either going to be your cousin, a friends sister, or some guys daughter that your dad owed a favor to. Unless you were a sailor, then of course you have ten wifes and ten girlfriends all at different ports. I have dated a friends sister and it was kinda awkward hanging out with the friend. Its a weird situation given modern rules. Either brothers mentioned could whip my ass easily. Then again I wouldn't mind having another friend with the same interests.

I understand. And sure those are modern rules, but we don't trade pigs for a wife now a days either.

I'm from Sudan, and my mother has been trying to hook me up with my cousins ever since I was 16. As hot as some of them are and some of them are down right gorgeous, I can't help but feel there's something wrong with it. Plus, I find it to be the easy way out. Where's the thrill of the hunt if it's served on a platter?

I've been on these forums for God knows how long and I've always found you to be quirky and maybe a little misunderstood, but with a good sense of humor. I think all you really need to do in order to find some chick who's your type is to LOOK. Talk to anyone, everyone, just for the hell of it; even if your aren't attracted to them.

Number one, It'll help you when you do meet someone your are attracted, then it's game on.

This is my Wii setup. My PS3 and 360 are hooked up to the projector in the other room but for the Wii this is sufficient for me!

So I have a DVD player, then the Wii, then a HDD. Then my Linux machine for posting then my iPhone and DSi on the nightstand. Also usally I have my noise-canceling headphones hooked up to the TV.

Not likely because for one- I sold Halo 3(overrated game I never played), two- my friends lists are full on my PS3 and 360(damn 100 friend limits!), three- I don't know but you would melt in its awesomeness(yeah, thats right!).....
