Last I heard Nintendo was leading in the mainland Europe by a healthy margin.

edit: yeah here it is from a few weeks ago

GameCube claims second place in Europe, but UK sales fall (11/11/2003)

so as you can see the rise in UK shows that now the Cube is leading all over Europe.

Not really GOD. It could still have a terrible downfall. If, for instance, every PS2 on earth decided to explode tomorrow and people hated Sony 'cause of it, then the Cube would be in first. And this is more likely than you think. MUCH more likely.

You are right of course. PS2 is the God of Console Generation...what is this IV?

These are always nice to see, lets hope it lasts.  And the GBA will always do well, as it has no major competators what so ever.

Hmm, ngage sold 400! WOW WHAT A DEBUTE! Oh well, maybe Nintendo will be able to pull off a bunch of successes into next year, and end up with some respectable numbers compared to PS2.

I'd expect the ps2 to drop off at some point.  It has been out since 2000 and is still selling amazingly well.  The market can only be so saturated...

Sales for the PS2 are slowing down. That is why you see Sony advertising more than usal. It has got to the point where those who want the machine have it. Most of the sales now are second time, or replacement sales.

And as for them blowing up tomorrow it would take more than that. Since it seems Sony has trouble making a decent electronic device, and people still buy their stuff.

Last I heard Sony was in the business of planned obsolescence, in which case there might be a RISE in PS2 sales.

It says Nin did good for a certain time period.

Does not mean nin is in 2nd place in over all sales there.
