Grandma is sick

She is 93 years old, went into hospital with a cold last Thursday, she is still there. It is not looking good guys.
Trying to be a better person, honest.

Sorry to hear that man. It's just the way the wheel turns I guess. It's never easy for any of us.

But man 93, I bet she's seen some things and some stuff.
Nintendo players and One Piece readers, just better people.

I hope everything works out, but if not, I hope you were at least able to tell your grandma how you feel about her.


My grandma has dementia and lives with us. She talks to the television all of the time, and she has tried to leave the house on many occasions, thinking she's going to weddings, out of town, etc. It's sad, because I remember how she used to be, and it's very disconcerting seeing this pale imitation of the woman I loved. I mean, I still love her, but she has gotten to be a bit of a bother for our family. It's painful to say that since it's not her fault, but it's how things ended up. I don't understand how one can live for 80+ years and their "reward" for doing so is a debilitating illness.
