here, by using blu-ray technology in the ps3, sony may be repeating the same mistakes they made with betamex, mini-discs, and the memory stick. i am not sure whether to consider this a possibility because i'm not sure of the details. is sony not allowing other companies to produce technology that utilizes ble-ray? if so, i could see the authors point.
