Is there any way to get your normal rating up after you've ran from a lot of battles? I just figured I would fight a lot but I don't know if it's helping. Anybody know?

I didn't think running from regular battles impacted your rating. It's been so long since I played this game I might not remember correctly. I'm due for another run. If it goes down due to running, I am sure that fighting a lot and winning will raise it back up.
