It's an updated Balloon Trip, the tech demo showed at the E3. Go here for screenies. It's one of my most anticipated DS titles and one of the reasons I'm getting one.

This thing to me looks like a successor to Yoshi's Island.  Which means it may become the best game ever made.  It's easily at the top of my "to watch for" list.

"I HOPE THAT IS A LAUNCH TITLE"

Not likely.  It's not even a Japan launch title so the chances of it being an American one are pretty non-existant.

I think it's pretty much been confirmed that it won't launch till next year...Still, Yoshi's Island 2 has a nice touch to it...

Too bad you don't actually control Yoshi or Baby Mario directly. So it's not exactly Yoshi's Island 2. Still, I hope they implement the same visual style Yoshi's Island had. That would be even more awesome.

I actually like the new style they are going with...It draws a distinct line between the two...

And I see Yoshi and I see Baby Mario in a platformer...It's Yoshi's Island 2...

you can control yoshi directly.  After baby mario falls down he lands on yoshi's back, then you run with yoshi.  I don't know where yoshi goes, but he does go somewhere directly under your control.

From what I can see that would kind of defeat the purpose of the game...

I just watched a video about this game.

It seems really cool to me.  Instead of completely controling a character through a platformer you are manipulating the land and the character for a more puzzle feel.

I really like the concept, and it sounds like it could have some very challenging and devish game design moments.

Hopefully Nintendo does this game right, because it could be a great game.  Its on my to watch list definately.

I am still trying to decide what games to get at launch I will probably get 2 possibly 3, but which ones besides Mario is a big question.

I think they main part of the game is played with Yoshi, but when Baby Mario gets taken away, somehow he falls slowly back to the ground and you have to protect him.

It looks really awesome. The use of the dual/touch screens is one of the best I've seen. It'll be hard waiting for this one.
