Figures Yoshi would avoid April.

Kirby and Yoshi will be charming Nintendo fans in a couple of months.

Yoshi's Crafted World will release for the Switch on March 29, while Kirby's Extra Epic Yarn for 3DS will precede it on March 8. Both titles will retail for standard Nintendo of America MSRPs ($59.99/$39.99 for Yoshi and Kirby respectively).

No additional details were provided about Crafted World, but Extra Epic Yarn will have Kirby-series Amiibo support for easy unlock of abilities and hats.

I literally just rebought Epic Yarn a few weeks ago when I was scooping up some other Wii games to finish off my collection. Still, $40 for a port of a Wii game? Really?

Here's hoping Crafted World lives up to Woolly World's excellence.

Edit: On a side note, you guys should update this story, as it's REALLY unclear that Yoshi's Crafted World is a Switch game, but Kirby's Extra Epic Yarn is only a mere 3DS leftover. The story as written conflates the 2 as Switch games.

I really wish Kirby's Epic Yarn was coming to Switch instead.  I'm guessing it's easier to do a direct port on 3DS rather than porting to the Switch where the game would benefit from some work to make things look a little more crisp.

Kirby's Epic Yarn is one of my favorite Wii Games, but it's half as fun when not playing with someone else.
