I haven't finished Hotel Dusk, but those are both great games.

I wish that A Boy and his Blob did less hand-holding... but as an puzzle/platformer it's still solid and just a joy to watch/play.  Even the action-based boss levels felt natural to me - although not everyone agrees about that point!

Got Skylanders PS3 for $14, and another 4 figurines for $4/character (A rock guy, a guy with a sword & shield, and two guys with wings).

My wife seems to like it a lot.  I haven't played it yet, but it looks like it might be entertaining for the sake of trying to collect all the items in a given level, and i'm sure my wife will now obsessively look for new figurines to buy.

I bought Trauma Team about two or three weeks ago. It's pretty awesome. I completed the whole story and am working on getting my high scores.

You guys have much better purchasing habits than I.

This was yesterday's haul.

Got the EA Active bands on clearance for $8 for my wife who's recently started EA Active 2... which I bought for $10 on clearance.

Finally picked up Batman: Brave and the Bold for the Wii.  Now to get the DS version.

Found a N64 power cable and A/V cables for $5 at a Goodwill.  Hey, you never know.

Then, found this awesome Mary Kate and Ashley game.  I know, I'm a sick man.  At least, I'm sure that's what the old lady behind the counter at the Salvation Army store thought.  Anywhoo, picked this up because it's an n-Space game. :D  (The $3 price didn't hurt either).  Game was complete with the manual, health/warning guide and the warranty registration card.  Played it for a bit last night... it's a Mario Party-esque game that really, really needs a "Speed up" option.  This may or may not complete my n-Space collection for Nintendo Discs (Which consists of this and Geist for the GameCube and Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2, Hannah Montana: The Movie, TRON: Evolution: Battle Grids and TRON: Evolution: Battle Grids: Championship Edition: Battle for the Colons in the title for the Wii.). I'm trying to get clarification on the release of "Mary-Kate and Ashley's Crush Course" for the GameCube - n-Space's site lists it, but all I can find are PS2, PC and GBC versions of it for sale... and can't seem to find anywhere else that mentions a GameCube version.  Aside from that, once my last two (I think) DS games I've ordered arrive in the mail, my n-Space/Nintendo collection will be complete - I discovered I was missing a few - I went by the Wikipedia page, which wasn't complete.  After going through n-Space's website, I found out there were three titles I was missing, one I actually already had and had no clue n-Space was involved and the other two that I've ordered. :D

*edit* - Forgot to mention, picked up a regular Cynder the other day - finally snagged one... Yay!

Goodwill run!

Grabbed a set of DK Bongos, even though I don't have any games to play them with.
Also found NHL 97 and Quarterback Attack for Saturn. Only $3 a piece, bringing my Saturn collection up to a total of 15, 16 if you count the demo disc.

Got Rhythm Heaven Fever last night. Monkey Watch feels like it's the hardest one of the bunch, because I just can't seem to get the timing right throughout.

Just last night I caved in a MAJOR way and picked up a whole bunch of Wii Fitness games: Zumba Fitness 2, Active Life: Explorer w/ Mat, and Gold's Gym Cardio Workout. I blame my friend for accepting my offer to research Wii Fitness games she can buy for her sister.

Currently standing outside a library in freezing weather waiting for a Craigslist GameCube lot deal to go down. And I have a full NES setup in my backpack. This feels like the start of a bad joke.

That's a fantastic deal. Pikmin 2 alone would usually run you more than that.

I just replaced the 72-Pin Connector on both of my old NES systems. Bleached the crap out of the case on the one while it was apart to get that weird yellowed color out of the plastic. Worked out pretty well. I need to go through and clean all of the game cartridges sometime, then it's off to eBay with it all.

I need to find a broken-beyond-hope NES to gut. I want the case for a HTPC/emulator that I've been looking to build. :)

I considered selling it on eBay, but I just wanted it out of my room, and I almost always use my Retron to play cartridge games anyway.
