In an increasing effort to increase the friendliness on the forums, I'm offering to wipe clean any title of any user who requests it.
There are three stipulations:
A) I can only agree to wipe your title. I cannot promise that someone else won't go in and give you a new (or old) title. B) I will not put anything else in your title location. I will simply wipe it clean. C) You have to have had a post - anywhere on these forums - in the previous 30 days from the date I created this thread.

My title doesn't bother me, but I was looking for something new to freshen up with so hopefully in wiping it someone might be encouraged to add something new.

One more rule - you may only request one title wipe a month. So, if someone goes in and changes your title after I just wiped it, you have to whine to them. :D

And although there is very little chance of it ever happening as requests are hardly ever taken here, I'll throw it out there anyways and say that if in your moderating hearts you are feeling magnanimous when handing out a title for me, I recently came across this phrase and would be happy to have it as a title, or to a lesser extent even someone else have it as a title which is the following:
I trawl the megahertz. It was the name of an album and I just really like that phrase.

Actually, that was about me. I was making a joke about my current title of thinks he gets the joke and by requesting a title wipe saying that new I think I get a title wipe. Pretty clever, right?

I actually thought it would be funny and ironic if someone gave both Lucariofan99 and Pokepal148 the very titles they requested the other person to get.
Someday I'll be a mod and be able to carry out these horrible ideas. I just know it. Until then, I'll just have to keep imagining.

It's sort of like GAF in that regard, I guess. The staff gives out titles for post history or for infamous posts that will haunt posters till the day they die. :Q

I would like to request mine be wiped. I am sure the mods or whoever makes the decision can and will find something more reflective of my personality than that.
I also second the wiping of lucario and pokepals titles as their mentorship should be over by now right?

I haven't fit in here due to not having a title. Stratos was all, "lol u don't have a title" and I'm all "You need to spell better. This isn't 4chan." I've been receiving threatening PMs by a mysterious poster since then, but then I woke up and it was only a dream.

I know that. It's the same with my age group too when I was in school. However, if you want to avoid controversy and bannings, then just say uncool instead of gay and you'll have removed half of the reasons you've been moderated in the past. Heck, maybe 75% of the reason. Easy, right?
Also, the title change wasn't because of anything you said recently. It was because of what you've said in the past and because of the warnings you've gotten for saying it.

Some people think going after someone's (poor) grammar is a "cheap shot" in an online argument. I feel quite the opposite. The English language was largely developed to isolate, shun, and shame the less educated. By mocking others' use of it, you're carrying on a fine tradition.

I tried to talk sense to the kid, even sticking up for him every chance I get. If he gets banned again, so be it I give up. I would side with Pokepal here as it almost sounds like he got Mod powers and used them first chance to get his way, but Lucario has been warned many times. Also his attitude upon return stinks.

Oh, just wipe his title for once and give him what he wants. This thread gets old as he never gets the rules behind this thing and changing his titles to mocking ones just seems to create "forum drama" from the guy and led to him even being banned because of a gray area in him explaining his actions. Perhaps, if for once, you just did what he requested, it might result in things actually staying pretty calm instead of the later moderator needed actions. Or just make me a moderator and I'll handle this stuff.

I don't need to do any reading because I've seen my fair share of forum drama in the past and I've regrettably started some myself. No matter what the circumstances, 9/10 times it's just not worth it and causes a bunch of trouble.

I thought you didn't care for the other one since at the time of your Color Splash rampage you stated you didn't care for the M&L series either. After reading about some of your battle tips and comments in the Zelda thread and based on the Color Splash "tribute" I was thinking of you as a warrior and then combined it with the forums for forum warrior. I'll give you the choice. If you want to go back to mustard I'll do that or if you like being a forum warrior then I'll keep you at this one for awhile.
