Topic: 1080 graphics > SSX3 and Amped 2 graphics?

Froman IGN preview.  (Unfortunately, the framerate isn't smooth. It drops and chugs particularly when situations arise that call in heavy use of particle effects. Nintendo swears that 1080 will run at a perfect 60 frames per second by the time it is finished, however. We're holding our breath.)  Doesnt sound like nintendo was able to keep its promise.  Hopefully the game still runs smooth, even if its not a 60fps 100% of the time, 99.99% will do.

That preview was also done in September...2 months should have been plenty of time to polish the game... ^_^

For once I have to agree with Ninja, SSX 3 simply rocks, it is a total blast to play.

I know that preview is two months old, but at the time nintendo promised a rock solid 60fps, and apparently, its solid, but not rock solid.  Yes, I am a framerate whore, if a game doesnt have a smooth framerate, I wont be playing it for to long.

I just think that SSX 3 has a longer lifespan because of the HUGENESS, I mean I don't think that you can board down a hill for more than 10 minutes in 1080 A.

Altough I haven't played both of them I've been roaming the internet to compare them. But if 1080 turns out the way yo be as it is now described everywhere I'm getting SSX 3.

Ps I had 1080 on the N64 and really annoyed me that there was only one or 2 ways down that really sucked (IMO)
