All solid, fairly familiar questions.
1.) I was not named after Buffy, but it would be cool if they were named after me. My heritage is German Jewish, they came to America and Canada, originally under the name, Morgenstern. It translated to Morningstar when the foreigners migrated to Amercia, but stayed as Morgenstern for the folks who went to Canada.
2.) I grew up with a NES, and N64 (and also a PS2 but I only played 2 games on it). I got a GameCube for Christmas in 2003 or 04, and didn't get a Wii until 2008. I got a Wii U in 2015, and Switch on launch day. I have a GBA, GBASP, DS Lite, DSi, 3DS, and 3DSXL. Lastly, I was gifted a PS4 about two weeks ago!
3.) For legacy "Nintendo" gaming equipment, it's a toss up between a SNES or a Virtual Boy. I often feel pressure from Nintendo fans for "missing out" on the SNES. I've never really been upset about this, and it's been fun to catch up. I got a SNES Classic for Christmas, and have been playing through titles on there. Often though, I usually haven't enjoyed them which is fairly controversial haha. EarthBound has been my favorite so far. A Virtual Boy because I have no experience with one at all, and I'd like to change that! I might add on some smaller handhelds, like a Game Boy, Game Boy Color, and Game Boy Micro; that's cheating.
4.) I started listening when they did their RetroActive on The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask. I remember the Hyrule Warriors Scarf Fiasco, and Tub Time has probably been my favorite joke so far. I have yet to listen to the infamous episode #103. I started with the very first one, and have been slowly working my way through. I'm about at episode 23. Love the show a lot. It was my introduction to NWR, and now here I am helping out!
Why the name "Morningshark"?
My last name is Morningstar. I was told to not use my name in a username growing up.

Well aware. Used to get picked on for it haha. Doesn't bother me. It also means Jesus in Hebrew, and Lucifer in Arabic. It's another name for Venus, a type of chili, a vegan meats brand, and it's a kind of mace.
