Great post, I think that should be the ideal mind of the gamer everywhere.  No one should care about sales sides the developers and publishers.

« on: May 19, 2003, 12:42:31 PM »
Sonic Pinball Party looks better but thats just me...

Anyway how in the hell do you get the old pokemons I thought at e3 it would be revealed O_o

3
The question is...why the hell did it take so long to come to the US??

Hopefully Marth and Roy will now have english voices in the next smash brothers :-p

4
God who cares....

Sales are sales, I think you mouseclicker would agree with me on this.

Nintendo Gaming / RE: Price Cost of "Connecting" Games
« on: May 14, 2003, 01:50:28 PM »
"Chances are that I won't buy any of them regardless of cost, as I don't have enough friends"

We'll be your friends .

7
Pacman owns, let us old school gamers enjoy this ok...

Anyway I know the secret title is either; Custom Robo and/or Kid Icarus.

8
We'll see, hopefully some of theese games won't dissapoint.  Im tired of going through all this hype just to be dissapointed...anyway hopefully all theese games will be great.

"I'm going to buy it anyway, though. Even the promise of some of the extras, like new scenes and a different ending, are enough to get this Sonic fan's wallet open. "

agreed .  I also agree with you about some of the problems as well, this is gamecube hardware...and to have theese problems in a first gen DC game...eh.

Nintendo Gaming / RE: Kirby's Air Ride
« on: May 06, 2003, 11:51:30 AM »
"You are being a bit premature aren't you? Considering:
A) All you have is some info and screens.
B) You haven't even seen it in motion.
C) You haven't even played it yet."

He has the right to judge all three of theese, it's called impressions and interest.  You don't just buy a game because it has fantastic gameplay, you buy what interests you.  Kirby Air Ride has 0 interest towards me and I doubt that will change...due to F-Zero, Burnout 2, AND MKD.

Nintendo Gaming / RE: F-Zero GX not a typo
« on: May 06, 2003, 11:48:42 AM »
OMG hidious...we'll remember it's most likely there for e3 show purposes.  The GX is a good question on what it stands for...Im just gonna say "Going X-treme!"

Nintendo Gaming / Bio's updated Sonic Adventure DX thread.
« on: May 02, 2003, 05:28:52 PM »
Hey all.

Anyways, if you can, try to remember months ago when I told you how great Sonic Adventure DX was.  We'll, it's comming out next month and I just though I'd like to fill you in on some of the essentails if your worried about this purchase.  Believe me this is a worthy purchase and if you don't buy it...I will hunt you down and...make you buy it O_o.

So far we know about Sonic Adventure DX:
60 new missions
6 selectable characters with there own story and adventure
12 of the Sonic Game Gear games.
Updated Graphics that make Sonic have new life on an old game
NEW areas that are said to bring the game a "whole new twist".
Update Choa gardens to transfer and connect with Sonic Advance 1, 2 and Sonic Pinball Party.
Best game ever...ok we'll I added this but hell it's true :-p.

It does have some negatives though so I thought I'd tell ya here.  The framerate seems not to be stable at high speed times (for those stiffler framerate people).  Yes, the game also suffers from Slowdown.  All the negatives however are outweighed by the postives.  I hope you all pick this up.  Let me also mention this game retails for 39.99!

Questions, Comments, Confusion...post here about Sonic Adventure DX.

heh nah it's not you, character switch it up, it doesn't matter who goes up there.  THere is a puzzle to be solved, I believe there is some item up there....and if I remember try going back to the chappel with Rebecca for some "fun".  Anything RE just ask me Bio.

18
Hopefully a new Resident Evil game....can't have too many of those.

Nintendo Gaming / Nintendo has something even bigger...
« on: April 24, 2003, 11:54:06 AM »
:burns hat:

Ok now since that was delt with erm...

Nice assumption, Nintendo could reveal something big at e3 cause Mario Kart does not get me excited at all.  Hopefully something along the lines of a non cell shaded zelda, or a classic Mario 3.  Hell I'd be happy if Super Mario Advance 4 is Mario 3 and to put icing on the cake exclusive Sonic Adventure 3.

oh yea sorry about the hat :-\

Whoa, come down there tough guy.  It's called a discussion and the answer is open to all answers not just one, so get off your high horse...anyway very good theries all.  I also agree with Army woudn't it be cool right when our present link was about to be downed OoT Link steps in and downs the enemy.

23
uh I don't know if you noticed or not but the Wind Waker's theme is blantily obvious and has been hammering you the whole time; break out of the past.  From the direction of the art style to the ending of the game, the Zelda series is changing folks...evolving so to say.  If the wind waker didn't "feel" like Zelda good, we need innovation and new ideas and how to use gamplay, you can only do so much after awhile it gets boring.  So stop complaining and let the series evolve into something new and fresh not just rehash after rehash.

(PS Sailing sucks horribly just to add)

So where do you all think the link of OoT and MM went off to?  Did he finally get defeated...or what killed?  We had a great discussion in teh PGC chat the other day about this and some people had really good responces to this logical explainations as well.  I thought this would be fun to talk about so where do you guys think he went?
