Ya know if they want to do co-op for the next game it needs to be like this;

Able to play the same level by yourself, so you don't have to rely on a second player.

Co-op does mean "cooperative" so it has to have a way for one player to help another. Not against each other.

Maybe have it so while one person is playing the other is interacting with the environment somehow.

Give the second player certain functions and abilities that the first player wouldn't have playing solo.

So I've been trying to get my girl into games, but she just doesn't enjoy them. Sure she plays WiiSports and Big Brain Academy every now and then, but after about 20 minutes shes bored and wants to do something else. So she bought my SMG and I've been playing it every day having a blast.

Finally yesterday she wants to check it out. I put her on one of the easier levels, she plays it, has fun and wants to play another level. After playing for about three levels she asks me if it's saving it as her game, I tell her no it's on mine, so she wants to start her own save file.

I remember reading about the 2 player mode and decided to check it out and it's really a lot of fun. She'll be running around and a bullet bill will come after her and she'll freak out and yell "Stop him for me!". So all in all I think she spent around 3 hours playing the game.

The 2 player mode is great. It's perfect for a gamer/non gamer combination either way you do it.

Haven't seen any reviews or previews for it.

Just curious if anyone has picked it up and what they thought about it.

The $5 they spent on the Metroid Preview Channel just couldn't give a return on the investment.  Attempting another channel is just too risky.

On the plus side, they've decided to include an annual Wii demo disc with new issues of Nintendo Power exclusively to NP subscribers for the low price of $34.99 per month in addition to the existing subscription fee.

They're finally getting a clue, thank goodness.
this post arouses me.
jake's post was the foundation, MrJack's was a funny follow-up, then you cleaned up. Good show

Yeah just do it in iTunes, if you need a walk through
MP3 to AAC

If this only affects music on the photo channel, then I don't really care. I listen to the cheesy ass music they already have on there and laugh. But still, I might want to use it, so if the only thing the update does besides change that is add a stupid picture icon, I'm passing.

You're thinking of this one. I bought it off eBay for like $10 including shipping a while back, and it works okay. The plastic is durable, but it's top-heavy and the trigger is quite hard to pull. Also, you have to plug the nunchuck in before you put the remote for it to work.

Love that description

Are you looking for a fun way of keeping yourself or your kids entertained?

Ya, buy em a real looking gun to play Godfather and Scarface with! (although yes, I realize that description was meant for the boxing gloves)

Come on if you've got a flute that can take you through time and a mirror that can take you into an alternate world, why can't you have a rapid fire crossbow?

Pretty much what you need to look for in an "AV selector" with an "RF" or "COAX" output.

such as
4 to 1
3 to 1

Those should do it for ya. Or if ya feel like getting a getting something else in the deal try getting a dvd/vcr combo. Most of those have a regular cable output and it will still have an AV input. You can probably pick one up for around $50-$60

Oh this ones pretty neat.
wireless av selector
So you don't even have to get up to switch the thing.

Well they don't mention Manhunt 2 but on Nintendo's website it does say

Well in the arcade version it only has three levels...well it kinda has nine levels.

Each level has three different versions, basically an easy, medium, hard type settings, but they have different paths and such so it's not just more enemies.

Well Golden Tee is still popular in some places, mainly bars and such. But as far as arcades go, it doesn't get too much play anymore. It's one of those have to own games, but it's never on our top 10 list. Actually Ghost Squad is always in our top 5, the rail shooters seem to always be a favorite. HOD4, and TC4 are always up there too.

I'm a game tech and work on this one all the time.

Pretty fun game though, and yes it pretty much is run off a dreamcast. In the arcade it uses a Naomi board, which is almost exactly like a DC except it has twice as much system and graphics memory.

On a side note, I really wish Sega would have designed the guns a little better..the damn things always break.

Donutt007 that makes no sense.

Ummm, it doesn't? Let me try again.

I recently purchased the game "Godfather: Blackhand Edition" for the Nintendo Wii gaming console.

I have played through some of it and so far I am enjoying it very much.

I would love to play more of it, but I have purchased "Super Paper Mario", also for the Nintendo Wii gaming console, already.

I am deeply afraid that if I start getting to far into "Godfather: Blackhand Edition" that I will not be playing "Super Paper Mario" as much. Seeing as I am pretty far into "Super Paper Mario" I would like to finish the game before I proceed to get deep into "Godfather: Blackhand Edition".

Thank you.

But the controls are pretty awesome. I remember when I opened my first door and "Why couldn't elebits have made it that easy?!"

The running around and shooting controls are great, the grab move are fun. I love it...go buy (or at least rent) it!

Nintendo Gaming / Which game???
« on: May 03, 2007, 09:04:24 AM »
So I recently won a Wii game of my choice...only problem is it's an activision game of my choice....so I get to choose between three.

Tony Hawk Downhill Jam
Call of Duty 3
Marvel Ultimate Alliance

Anyone have any experience with these three? I've played M:UA at my buddies house on his 360 and it's fun but I can always go over there and play...plus the 360 version just got new characters.

Thanks a bunch

I'm kind of just.....meh on the video. I like the game and it looks fun, but the controls that the guy was doing didn't exactly match up with what was going on in the game. Like they took him playing, then they took footage of the game separately and combined them. Some of the moves did match, but others were just odd.

And the voiceover.........
