What are you talking about?  The narration at the beginning of the two Metroid songs is awesomely cheesy!

It simple, the servers clock when out of sync with the real world for about an hour making post made during that time have an off time stamp until a mod fixed it. Since the clock was a few hours ahead, the posts appears before the posts with off time stamps, and the "last to post" data probably doesn't look at it by time but by the last person to send "post data" showing who really posted last.

Simpler put: NWR is powered by time warps

Seriously, the music in this game is flat out amazing. I'm about 110 songs deep in the soundtrack and I have loved every second of it.
