Grand Theft Auto Advance

I've seen 2 previews of it just recently now, and it's looking good. It's 3 times the size of GTA 3 on PS2, and is based off that game in terms of story, etc. The graphics don't look that great, but the engine does some good stuff you can't see in still pics. I'm gonna wait for the reviews on this to consider buying it though. Anyone interested in this game?

Oh, ANOTHER 2d GTA? I thought the 3d aspect was all that made GTA 3 better than the previous games?
They should have gone back to the GTA1 damage model for the player.

Heh, I enjoy playing the 2d games more than the 3d ones so I may give this a shot...

Hopefully this is a million times better than the shi
tty GBC ones. It looks like they're actually putting effort into this one.

I enjoyed the 2d GTAs alot because the gang relationship meter was always in effect rather than the gangs in GTA 3 and VC only retaliate because of gunfire not by your reputation to them.

There was some more info in the GI I got the other day. The story takes place in Liberty City, a few years before GTA3. It seems to have a lot of the same staples of the 3D ones (secret packages and all that) and a ton of dialogue and side missions.

Lord: Um, you only had gang reputations in GTA 2. In GTA 1 there were a few groups of hostile people, but no variable reputation.

Sorry about that KDR, I didnt play GTA 2 in ages, GTA 2 is my fav because of the gang relationship. I was hoping Rockstar would implement that feature again in GTA:Advance but alas.

Its funny i hate GTA, but a couple of days ago, they had GTA 2 for the PC at Compusa at .88 cents... I found that price so hilarious i had to buy it... and i must admit its kind of fun....
So i might actually think about GTA Advance now... Oh i also hate Tommy Tallarico
