Topic: At DICE 09 EA announced an American McGee game

If you don't know what game from the hint, it's American McGee's Alice 2 as EA published the original game.

A new sequel to American McGee's Alice, the twisted 2000 action-adventure take on Alice in Wonderland, is in the works at designer American McGee's studio Spicy Horse.

Shacknews has learned that the game is scheduled to ship on PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. No release date has been announced.

Tim Burton is currently making a new Alice in Wonderland film, set to star Johnny Depp and debut in 2010. No word yet on whether the two projects are connected in any way.

Alice part of the few games that I've played on PC. I'm actually looking forward to a PC game!

I don't see much point in doing a sequel to Alice. The first game already contained both Wonderland and Looking Glass Land. It seems to me that McGee should be bringing his interpretation of the Wizard of Oz back to life and putting it out. Besides, Alice wasn't too great in the gameplay department. The art style and level design is what made that game, which isn't surprising given McGee's start at Id Software as a mapper. Hell, I have a version of Tokay's Towers in just about every FPS that I regularly play!
